There are two large bedrooms both are spacious bright and modern with twin beds that are convertible to double beds and each has a new good quality adult sized put up bed . All bedrooms have been recently renovated providing a unique and highly comfortable modern space.
From the first-floor corridor stairs lead to down to the lower floor and up to the second floor.
On the second floor there are a further two large bedrooms, one with twin beds (convertible to double) and an adult put up bed and a second larger family bedroom with twin beds (convertible to doubles, put up adult bed and space for a baby cot and a table and chairs to use as a workspace. All beds are new as of 2018 and are good quality adult sized single beds which can be converted to doubles. The rooms also have wardrobes/storage. There is a second bathroom with shower cubicle and wc.
The house has a utility room with washing machine and a dryer on the ground floor of the property.
Entry to the house is by a door at the front of the house or from an external stairs leading to the first-floor entrance of the property. There is private gated parking with space for two cars. There is additional parking available in the quiet cul-de-sac if required.
The First-floor terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy the evening sunshine after your ride, or in winter the beautiful snowy alpine scene. The outside space also provides a lovely area to enjoy the mountain views or have a BBQ in summer.
