In an idyllic apartment recently renovated with 1 bedroom for 2 persons (bed 140X200)+ trundle bed that can bearranged in double bed + shower and 1 living room with television. 1 bathroom with bath and 1 separate toilet. The apartment is part of a beautiful villa but is completely independent with private entrance. View of the small river where you can go for a ride in canoe and meadow, facing the mountains of Oisans and Alpe d'Huez. Terrace equipped for meals (barbecue) outside and rest in the deckchairs. All comfort and tranquility less than a kilometer from the village. You will be able to admire the birds, the wild ducks. Located 800 meters from the village center and the beautiful municipal swimming pool, walks on foot from home and by bike for all circuits and passes of Oisans.

Great location
Great base to explore the Alps. Perfect size and quiet location for the two of us and our bikes. Enjoyed watching the family of ducks in the river at the bottom of the garden.

Our second visit to this delightful apartment in a peaceful location in Bourg d'Oisans
We returned to this apartment in September 2021 as we enjoyed our visit last year so much. My wife and I are 60 and were returning to the area to cycle, walk and relax and this is an excellent base from which to do all three. The apartment is as described and was perfect for the two of us. The gardens are large, quiet and secluded, yet it's only a 10 minute stroll to the centre of town. The owners are very personable and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2nd stay and would definitely like to stay here again if we visit the area in future.

Wonderful villa in a delightful, tranquil location
My wife and I rented the apartment for a two week cycling and walking holiday in September 2020. The apartment was as described and was perfect for the two of us. It has a wonderful, large garden in quiet, peaceful and picturesque surroundings and yet is only 10 minutes walk to the centre of Bourg d’Oisans. The owners, Nicole and Bernard, were delightful and very helpful. We are really looking forward to the opportunity to stay there again soon.

Un site exceptionnel. Quelle tranquillité. Accueil et relation avec les propriétaire très agréables. Le bonus un coffret cadeaux à l'arrivée. Une situation idéale pour accéder aux fameux cols de l'Oisans et pour faire des randonnées. Je recommande cette hébergement.

Endroit magnifique, au calme proche de tout.
Un cadre superbe pour passer nos deux semaines. Un appartement au calme dans un cadre verdoyant et proche de toutes les commodités. L'accueil de Bernard et Nicole au top, disponible si besoin mais discrets. Pour nos excursions vélo, pleins d'ascensions mythiques à proximité.

Gelegen aan prachtige omgeving en dichtbij het dorp
We hebben het prima gehad. Lokatie was gekozen ivm Alpe d'Huzes en heeft aan alle verwachtingen voldaan. Vriendelijke gastvrouw, spreekt wel voornamelijk Frans en een klein beetje Engels maar dat was voor ons geen probleem

Tres agréable sejour
La propriété est très agréable avec son parc ombragé bordé par la rivière. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires avec une bonne bouteille et un cadeau souvenir de Bourg d oisans. L appartement est fonctionnel avec une terrasse très agréable + barbecue. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Tranquillité à une location paisible

Appartemment très agréable dans un cadre exceptionnel !
Appartement totalement indépendant au rez-de-chaussée de la magnifique maison des propriétaires. Situé dans parc arboré verdoyant bordé d'une petite rivière où passent paddle et canoës. Nicole et Bernard sont à l'écoute et de bons conseils pour vous faire découvrir ce magnifique massif de l'Oisans. L'appartement est simple mais rien ne manque. La deuxième chambre petite mais avec fenêtre et douche est équipée de deux lits (1 gigogne) qui peuvent être jumelés pour faire un lit 160. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Appartement propre, terrasse sur un grand jardin avec une petite rivière au bout...Et nous avons été bien accueillis par la propriétaire. Bien adapté pour 2 personnes, éventuellement 3, mais la deuxième chambre est vraiment petite, et sans fenêtre. Le coin cuisine est correctement équipé mais un peu petit. Bon séjour avec de belles balades!

Séjour très agréable au calme
Nous avons séjourné mon mari, notre fils de 2 ans et moi-même 2 semaines dans le logement attenant à la maison des propriétaires Nicole et Bernard. L’appartement est en tout point conforme à la description en ligne, il est équipé de tout le nécessaire. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le très très grand jardin, le cours d’eau la Rive au bout du jardin, la vue sur les montagnes et le calme tout en étant à proximité de toutes les commodités. Nicole et Bernard sont des hôtes aux petits soins, très accueillants et très disponibles pour nous conseiller. Bourg d’Oisans est un point central pour découvrir la région. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter.

Prima appartement op begane grond in/aan een huis met grote tuin om rustige locatie
Mooier dan je uit de advertentie tekst haalt. 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers (1 met douche en 1 met een wastafel en een bad) en een woonkamer met deur naar de wel heel royale tuin. Ligt buiten het dorp dus fiets afstand naar de winkels en restaurants. En last but not least: een hele aardige gastvrouw!
