"We had a brilliant holiday here. The owners were very friendly, considerate, helpful and discrete. Our two young children had a great time playing in the private garden and visiting local castles. Great hiking and swimming in mountain lakes. Very near the wine route. Lovely visit and clean accommodation. Would go here again!"

"Our experience at Daniele and Pascal’s house in Thannenkirch was a 5-star experience. Daniele and Pascal were charming, generous, friendly, and helpful which, of course, helped make our stay a memorable one. The house itself is a gem and we didn’t lack for anything. It’s close to most areas of interest in the Grand-Est and the beauty of the region filled our hearts. We can’t say enough about our 3 weeks at La Randonnee – highly, highly recommend it. "8 of us stayed and found the property exactly as detailed. Bedrooms were all large with comfortable beds and excellent bedding, bathrooms with great showers. Really well equipped inside and out with good quality throughout. Brilliant location - 15min walk to town centre, 2 mins to large Leclerc, great for a base to explore the wine route. We were delighted with our 4 night stay and great communication with our host Jean Claude 👍"

"The stay was quite pleasant except for one evening. We had told the owners we were staying with family for a night but plans changed. When we got home we had no heat for the evening but it was too late to contact them. It would have been nice to have some control over the heat since one of the parties was older and handicapped. Other than that, the place was very clean - perfect for 2 people. "

"First, as travelers from the US, we are used to having a lot of space. This house had plenty of it and it was perfect for our family of 6. It was very clean and Christian was super nice and responsive. We would return without question. We had a car rented which I highly recommend. Now…Keintzheim…what a gem. "At first the owner could not meet us the agreed at check-in time. We had to protest in order to check-in as planned. The we were criticised for the state of the property, by mail after we had left , - the owner were not present at check-out time. We had only slept, eaten breakfast and showered."

It would have been good to have more information provided in binder in English and also directions provided for supermarkets within walking distance."

Wir haben es nicht reklamiert, da wir ihn nicht gebraucht haben, deshalb beschwere ich mich nicht. Olivier hat auf alle Nachricht schnell geantwortet und ist uns mit einem späteren Check out entgegen gekommen. Es war im Haus alles wie beschrieben und es gab eine toll ausgestattete Küche, in der wir für bis zu 12 Personen gut kochen konnten."
