If younhave a car, 2 parking lots within a couple blocks either way. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (typical for the older buildings downtown). "A very good budget option for self catering. Excellent quality bed and linen in a spacious one bedroom apartment. The kitchen had basic cooking utensils and was adequate for our needs. The golf course and lots of green space surrounds the property and it was easy to drive to Place des Italians for park and ride to Avignon. We would definitely stay again when driving from UK to our house in Spain. There was secure parking outside of the apartment and the car park gates shut overnight. It was a very comfortable, safe and peaceful place to stay. "
