Villa Gasco With Pool

Villa Gasco is a wonderful villa located in the quiet, isolated and sunny hinterland of Lazise.
The location of the villa allows its guests to completely surround themselves with nature and with the local wine-making tradition, in fact Villa Gasco is places in the mittle of scenic hills and many vineyards that produce the famous red wine called "Bardolino", that is known all over the world.
The lake and its beaches can be reached in a few minutes as well as Gardaland amusement park area, ​​Movieland and Caneva Water Park and Villa dei Cedri thermal park in Colà di Lazise with its warm thermal lake in a huge park open all year.
The property can be reached with a gravel road that leads directly to the main gate and goes throught the large garden with pool until the covered park zone that has place for up to 3 cars.
GROUND FLOOR
The villa is developed on two floors and can welcome up to 7 people
As soon as you enter the villa, its atmosphere, that mixes relax and tranquillity with the artistic designs all over the house, will overwhelm you with the large living room, decorated with large sofas and comfortable armchairs, a traditional fireplace and satellite TV.
Our guests will have the privilege to choose between eating with the comfort of the inside dining table in the living zone or enjoying amazing meals using the outdoor table, surrounded by the vineyard, under the breezy porch facing the pool.

The kitchen, connected to the living room, is provided with fridge, refrigerator, gas cookers, dishwasher and all the utensils needed in order to prepare delicious meals for your family holiday.

The groudfloor also has the first bedroom with two single beds and a closet and a bathroom with shower.

Near the room the is a staircase that leads to the basement with another bathroom and the laundry.

FIRST FLOOR
The living room has a staircase that leads to the first floor, the sleeping area, that has two bedrooms.

The first room has a buil-in closet, a master bed and is completed with a modern en-suite bathroom with shower.

The second master bedroom is decorated with a big closet and can also offer a third single bed. Like the first room, this one has a new en-suite bathroom with shower.

OUTDOOR
Villa Gasco is surrounded by vineyards and it’s property is not fenced.
The focal point of the summer life of our villa is definitely the pool well inserted in the green garden, equipped with sun beds and umbrellas for a perfect relaxation.
The exterior of the Villa offers a large and breezy porch for dining and a BBQ grill that can be used to celebrated with family and friends
The pool is not heated and is usually open from 01.05 to 30.09.

THE AREA
Lake Garda, located in northern Italy, is a holiday destination throughout the year.
Guests can swim, surf or sail in the waters of the largest lake in Italy.
Many guests also take advantage of our beautiful mountains for hiking and cycling or using the rotating cable car that leads to Monte Baldo.
The Gardaland Resort and other theme parks are about 20 km away.
Verona is 35 km away and Venice is 160 km away.
