Love watching TV? You’re in luck! This home is equipped with multiple TVs, including in the main living room, dining room, and three of the bedrooms, so you’ll never miss your favorite shows. Wi-Fi and workspace included.
Short distance from Gas South Arena, restaurants, mall shopping, Stone Mountain Park and downtown Atlanta.
Other details: There are tenants in the lower unit of the home. They are nice/quiet and have their own separate entrance.
Parking: You can park on the left side of the driveway (3 cars) and on the street. The right side is reserved for the tenants in the lower unit.
House rules:
1. No Parties or Events
• Our home is located in a peaceful neighborhood, and we want to maintain that environment. Unauthorized parties or gatherings are not allowed. Violations will include dismissal off property with no refund.
2. No Pets
• We strive to keep the space allergen-free and comfortable for all guests, so pets are not allowed.
3. Guest Capacity
• The home accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval.
4. No Smoking or Vaping
• Smoking, vaping, or using any tobacco products is prohibited inside the property. Violations can range from $200-$500 depending on severity of odor and cost of removal.
5. No Illegal Drug Use
• Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited on the premises.
6. Respect for Neighbors
• Please keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Violations will include dismissal off property without refund.
7. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-in: after 3:00 PM
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM
• If you need to adjust these times, please reach out in advance.
We have smart lock system and you will receive door code on day and time of check in.
8. Clean Up After Yourself and Check Out
• Please leave the space tidy, clean any used dishes/place in dishwasher, place trash in designated bins beside the house, place used towels in the bathtub, and leave beddings for housemaids.
9. Parking
• You can park on the left side of the driveway (3 cars) and there is plenty of on street parking. The right side is reserved for the tenants in the lower unit. Tenants are great and respectful people. The garage is off-limits.
10. Report Damages
• We understand accidents happen. Please let us know if anything breaks or stops working during your stay. Major damages by guests will incur additional fee.
11. Fireplaces Off-Limits
• Please do not use the fireplaces in the master bedroom and the living room.
12. Disclosures of Surveillance Cameras
• There are one ring doorbell and three surveillance cameras in the front and back of property. One at the front of garage with floodlight, one on back deck, and one at tenant door. This is installed for security purposes so please do not cut off.
