Enjoy peace and serenity and nature views at our fully furnished, clean and quiet stand alone family home. There is ample outdoor space and a deck to enjoy nature or simply soak up the sun. Beautiful, and spacious living area with a fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen. Utilities and WIFI included. Master bedroom has a king bed, the other 2 bedrooms have queen and full sized beds. There is large king bedroom downstairs with a ping pong table. Large tiled shower with rainfall showerhead in master bath. All bedrooms and living room have new smart TVs equipped with Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. Grocery store and restaurants within walking or driving distance.

Disappointing
The place is not quite as advertised. There was no playground, grill, coffee pot, could barely sleep 8 unless sleeping on the couches which were uncomfortable and dirty. The carpet on the stairs was smelly and dirty. Layers of dust were caked on the blinds, floors not swept, the broom handle was broken, lights burned out, and definitely not kid friendly with the stairs and broken spindle on the banister.

When i arrived, there was still trash in the trashcan from the previous rentee. The beds werent the most comfortable and the house needed a cleaning. For the price of 1500 for 5 nights though, was still a bargain. Close enough to Road Atlanta to make it worth it.

Brief Stay…Goodbye Vrbo
The stay was fine. Some things were broken when we arrived, but we looked over them since our stay was so brief. I took pictures of broken items that I encountered when I arrived. The owner tried to blame my family which includes mostly senior citizens and toddlers for breaking items such as a banister. I have not encountered this level of disrespect from a host before, so I don’t plan on using Vrbo any further.

We had family coming from 3 states for a sports event and this was the perfect place for us. There was plenty of room and Tim was very helpful and accommodating.
