Great neighborhood, One bedroom with Queen bed and 1 bathroom; Room size: 12x12 , 32 inches TV in the room, and share all common areas: refrigerator in the Kitchen, living room, free to use Laundry/Dryer, free drinking hot/cold water and private drive way for parking. 4 security cameras and fence around the house. This can be great for short term travel: like travel Nurses, New jobs finders, University Students & Faculty. We've had many tenants to stay for a year or two and buy their own home,
we are close to the Gwinnett Arena Center, northside hospital Gwinnet and Eastside hospital, Gwinnett Gwinnett Justice & Administration Center- Kroger & Publix, Farmer Market within 5 minute drive.
