Beautiful, modern, fully renovated entire house with modern designer finishes. This house is all for your enjoyment. Located in a quiet neighborhood on cul de sac with a big backyard, close to highway 85 exit 115, only minutes from Mall of Georgia and Coolray Field Stadium. Perfect location to everything Gwinnett county has to offer. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. It is one floor but has steps on the front porch. No garage. Free parking available on the long driveway and on the street. NO PETS! Absolutely NO SMOKING. Thank you for not smoking.

Great getaway
We stayed for 3 nights and it was super relaxing. All neighbors were cool, place is on a cul-de-sac, really quiet. The place is fully furnished you don’t need anything except a quick trip to publix for food.

Our party of five family members really enjoyed staying at this property. Our ages ranged from 56 to 85. It felt like "home". The interior of the home was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Shopping, restaurants, businesses, etc. were all within a reasonable driving distance. The property owner was a real pleasure to work with. Before and during our rental, she was always available to answer any questions we might have. If we ever have the opportunity to return to this area again, we would not hesitate to stay at this property.

Cute little house
The place is very cute. Looks exactly like the pictures! We even had a deer in the backyard one afternoon. Very spacious and it looks like it has been remodeled recently because everything looks brand new!
