You'll have the entire cabin to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Secluded Lake Front Cabin - on Lake Hartwell, with Dock, Fenced Yard, Fire Pit.

Swim, fish, canoe, kayak, paddle boat and enjoy the lake from the dock. Roast marshmallows around the bonfire. Tugaloo Park is 1.5 miles away - enjoy the amenities - beach, tennis, picnic area, mega boat ramps with parking fee.

Rocking chairs on the screen porch with electric fireplace over look the lake, deer feeder, fire pit and gentle sloping path to the dock. Updated kitchen and sitting area with a dinner table for eight. Ensuite with king and full bath on main floor. Downstairs has a large bunk room with two queen/twin bunks and one twin/twin bunk plus full bathroom.

The daylight terrace level family room has a washer/dryer closet and also leads to patio. BBQ grill is propane and charcoal; bring your own fuel. Nearly 1.5 acre wooded lot offers private get away. Concrete parking for 4+ cars with stairs leading down to cabin.

We offer a paddle boat, 2 canoes and 1 kayak with paddles and life jackets.

My favorite part of this cabin is that there are no homes within 150 feet. You may see deer, birds, eagles, hawks and other wildlife.

We are 41 minutes from Clemson University & 62 minutes from University of Georgia.

A pretty good lakeside cabin
This cabin was nice. There were dirty dishes in the sink upon arrival, and the downstairs had deodorizers to mask a musty smell. The lake is beautiful and deer were everywhere.

quiet scenic getaway
Clean comfortable cabin well equipped. Enjoy the lake view from the screened deck while watching the deer roam the property. Great lake access with dock, canoes & kayaks.

The pictures in the listing do not do the property justice. Everything was very clean and nice. The lake access is fantastic. We stay on Lake Hartwell every year, and this is the best place we've stayed so far.

Perfect Family Getaway
The lake house couldn't have been a more perfect place for our family to celebrate my daughter's graduation from Clemson, her 21st birthday and Mother's Day. Plenty of space and everything we needed. Viewing all kinds of nature on the cozy comfy porch. Grilling hot dogs and smores at the firepit. Swimming in the lake, sunbathing on the dock, canoeing, kayaking and paddleboating. A great time was had by all and cherished memories were made. What a beautiful property! Just what we needed.

Excellent stay
The house was cute and a great place to gather. My friends and I mostly hung out around the kitchen table, screened-in porch, or the dock. I really liked the large size of the dock and comfortable chairs. The house is in a cove, so it's very quiet.

Weekend Away
We had an opportunity to go to Lake Hartwell for a wedding. We saw this posting and corresponded briefly with Bill, the host. He was extremely prompt in responding. The property was fantastic. I definitely recommend it. Bill notes some wildlife in the post. We did have a duck and deer that liked to taunt the pup, which was very funny.

Great Getaway!
Cabin in the woods with water view and lots of wild life. Nearby Tugaloo state park for hiking and boating. Well stocked and owner very responsive to any needs. Would rent again.

We arrived Thursday and stayed until Sunday, during which we enjoyed the lake, the wildlife, and a great football game. The kitchen is stocked very well! Tons of towels for water activities. It was a good quick trip to a cute cabin!

This cottage was all we were hoping for. Great location on the lake. Cottage well stocked with towels and blankets and utensils. Loved feeding and watching the deer and duck. All in all, a great place and time. Thank you.

Quiet and comfortable
Wonderful getaway with all the comforts of home. Beautiful sunset from back of the back pf the property overlooking the lake. Not a great fishing venue, but was fun trying! The owners think of everything. They even have deer corn and bird food to feed the wildlife. Nice sized fenced area for the dogs. I highly recommend this venue for family gatherings or couple's retreat. It was just me and my daughter this trip. We had a great time making hotdogs and smores in the firepit. Very relaxing few days. Makes me want to sell my house in SC and find a cute place like this one.

Amazing girls weekend
I booked Bill’s place for a quick birthday weekend getaway with some friends and my dog and am so glad I did! The house was a great size for my friends and I and only a short drive from Atlanta. Bill was so great at communicating and the house was well stocked. My dog had a great time enjoying the water while the ladies enjoyed the dock. Will definitely be back for future trips!
