"Uns hat die Ferienwohnung zu 100% überzeugt. Das Haus ist schon älter, aber alles ist sauber und neu. Wir wurden mit einem kleinen Präsentkorb mit Marmelade, Nutella und Keksen begrüßt. Der Pool und Whirlpool waren ebenfalls top. Die Liegen konnten jederzeit genutzt werden. Das ganze Grundstück ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Innerhalb von 50 Minuten waren wir am Colosseum. "The property is more than adequate but the setting is unbelievable. Photos can never do it justice. Emanuela and Marco are lovely people and so helpful, it’s a shame we only got to meet them at the end of our stay. A hire car is a must and you have to embrace the area to make the most of it. "This was a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The owner was super helpful in helping me get to Ariccia, and she had managers on site to help as well. The area was great for going on leisurely walks and dropping into cafes. The view from the top level condominium was excellent and it is very quiet up there. It was great!"

Seems they limit amount of power you can pull by design. Simple reset and was working. View from the pool is amazing. And a local club that handle classic rock— Pink Floyd cover on guitar, who doesn’t like that. We’ll be back"

"My husband and I quite enjoyed our stay at Donatella's house. The house was quite clean and comfortable. Our grandchildren, who came to visit from Rome, enjoyed playing soccer in the front yard. The beach was quite close by. The neighborhood is quiet, but a grocery store, pharmacy and places to eat were within walking distance of the house. The overhead fans in the bedrooms and the living room kept us cool even on warm days. Donatella was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying...
