"I recently spent a few very relaxing days and nights here with my girlfriend. While the bedrooms are not very big, they are very well furnished, comfortable and clean (the bathroom too is a good size). Breakfasts are €4 each, delicious and well worth the price (along with fresh orange juice and coffee expect toast, marmalade, tomato and fresh cake). "This was a wonderful apartment in a good location for us. It was an easy walk to a grocery store, good restaurants, and the cathedral and museums. The apartment was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The price in mid November was unbelievably low for such modern and convenient lodging."

"El entorno es maravilloso, la casa es tal y como se ve en el anuncio.Solo un par de cosas malas que nos pasaron pero fue por la cantidad de lluvia que cayó.Unas pequeñas goteras en una habitación que no nos hacía falta utilizaré y el terreno donde aparcar el coche embarrado y se quedó el coche sin poder moverlo durante un para de días.La culpa fue del temporal y ellos nos recompensaron con una buena botella de vino.Solo un consejo, asfaltar la zona de aparcamiento para que eso no vuelva a pasar."

"Oviedo is one of the best cities in Spain for it's preserved buildings and historical sights. To fully appreciate these, a hotel located on the edge of the historical part of the city is a must. Easily accessible by car or public transport yet right on the edge of the towns best sights, bars and restaurants "
