Traumhaft schöner Ausblick auf den Lago
Liebe Anna, wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit bei euch. Der Ausblick auf den See von der schönen Terrasse aus war gigantisch. Ganz herzlichen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke auch für die guten Tipps, sowohl für Einkäufe, als auch für Restaurants. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Geweldig zwembad en terras met magnifiek uitzicht!
Geweldig terras en prive zwembad en heerlijke buitendouche! Uitzicht is magnifiek! Je loopt makkelijk naar het centrum van Laveno. Huisje zelf is klein en niet heel comfortabel. Maar je leeft hier vooral buiten. Dank voor de gastvrijheid Anna!

Absolut Spitze! Sehr tolle Lage und ein unfassbar schöner Ausblick auf den See. Allein Nutzung des Pools. Sehr nette und zurückhaltende Vermieter. Etwas Schade. Durch die lange Überdachung meist schattig. Nix für Sonnenanbeter. Kühle dunkle Wohnung. Ein Zimmer konnte wegen Schimmel nicht genutzt werden. Unpraktisches kleines Bad. Küche etwas spartanisch. Maximal für drei bis vier Personen gut geeignet.

Das Objekt hat eine gute Lage mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht. Der Pool hat uns sehr gefallen. Den Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück konnten wir nicht nutzen, da die Auffahrt zu kurvig und zu steil war. Aber es gab noch einen Parkplatz vor dem Tor. Wir empfehlen auch Mittel mitzunehmen um die Mücken abzuwehren.

Fantastisch uitzicht, op loopafstand van leuk dorpje!
Prima appartement, fantastisch terras met te gek uitzicht. Wij waren er met 2 volwassenen en baby (11 maanden). Je loopt zo naar Laveno (wel even steile weg), in 10 minuten ben je bij de restaurants en supermarkt is ook te lopen. Prima voor een week! Enige nadeel voor ons was de hoeveelheid muggen, dat kan ook aan de tijd van het jaar liggen (september), maar dat is wel balen, want daardoor zit je niet heel rustig, zeker niet omdat ze imuum lijken voor deet. Maar dat heeft niets met het huis te maken, dat heb je overal rondom het meer. Zwembad is heerlijk schoon, in september wel te fris voor een baby, maar heerlijk om bij warme dagen even af te koelen. Kortom, heerlijke en rustige vakantie gehad. Eigenaren slapen in het huis erboven en doen er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken en houden daarbij rekening met je privacy. Aanrader dus!

Schöne Wohnung mit traumhaften Blick
Wir haben unsere, leider viel zu kurze, Woche am Lago Maggiore sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist super für 4 Personen geeignet. Sie liegt erhaben mit tollem Blick über den See. Alles ist super zu Fuß zu erreichen ob die Fähre oder die Pizzaria. Ich kann den Service nur loben der Pool wurde so gut wie täglich gereinigt, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Gerne wieder, ich kann diese Wohnung und ihre Besitzer jedem mit bestem Wissen weiterempfehlen.

Breathless
We stayed in this beautiful house for two weeks, together with our daughters (6 and 8 years old). The view and the huge terrasse takes your breath away, at every moment of the day. The pool is beautiful and very clean and we loved the fact that the pool doesn't contain much chloride. Swimming in the pool also gives you a beautiful view. The apartment is cosy, clean and well equipped. The beds are good and all the windows contain musquito nets (which is very necessary). The only thing we were less enthusiastic about, is the bathroom. It is very small and needs some innovation. The driveway is steep, which made parking with a big car a challenge ;). Laveno-Mombello is a lovely town with a lot of facilities and nice retaurants. Laveno is a perfect base for day trips. Cerro is a lovely small village with a nice beach. We absolutely LOVED our stay in this beautiful house!!

Super Urlaub!
Die grandiose Aussicht, die grosse Terrasse und der private Pool sind absolute Highlights der Ferienwohnung. Das Badezimmer ist ziemlich klein und die Ausstattung der Küche ist noch ausbaufähig. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Insgesamt können wir diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

Magnifique
Malgré que nous étions fin Aout, nous avons pu apprécié grandement cette location avec sa grande terrasse et la vue splendide sur le lac Majeur. A chaque retour de nos périples, nous avons pu gouter pleinement au plaisir de nous rafraichir avec la belle piscine. Les commerces sont proches de l'appartement et en plus la gare ferroviaire à moins de 10 minutes a pied nous a permis d'aller à Milan, et éviter ainsi d'y aller en voiture. L'appartement est fonctionnel et agréable,la pièce majeure étant la superbe terrasse. Attention toutefois, peut-être la literie, pour les lits individuelles, dans la deuxième chambre serait à revoir. La localité est un bon point de départ pour découvrir la région. En résumé,ce fut un très beau séjour.

Tolle Aussicht
Die Wohnung ist von der Größe für 4 Personen ausreichend, da wir uns die meiste Zeit auf der schönen Terrasse aufgehalten haben. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist für 4 Personen schon sehr klein. Eine Außendusche wäre z. B. gut, wenn man mit mehreren Personen dort ist. Der Pool ist toll und die Aussicht traumhaft. Anna und Jens sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Aussicht
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und eine schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Die Fotos entsprechen der Ausstattung und der Umgebung. Alle Fenster und die Eingangstür haben Mückenschutz was wir zu schätzen wussten da sich im Sommer einige Mücken bei uns wohl fühlten. Der Pool ist echt super und gut gepflegt. Die Wohnung hat soweit alles was mach braucht allerdings würde ich nicht mit sechs Personen übernachten wollen dafür finde ich die Wohnung doch zu klein. Ansonsten kann ich die Wohnung empfehlen.

Fantastic view!
The indoor facilities are really nice, but what really sells this is the outdoor. There is a fantastic and huge terrasse with both dining table and lounge furniture, and that was where we spend most of our time. And in and by the pool of course :-) But the view - that really takes your breath away, at all hours of the day!!! During our stay the owners were not home, but they where available by mail and phone, and responded very quickly and helpfull when needed. There is a 10 minutes walk - downhill - to the center of Laveno, even though the city is not as charming as other small villages along the lake. But there are serval of restaurants, shops, supermarked and the ferry to cross the lake. All- in-all we had such a great stay at 7-14 July 2018, and can only give this property over best recommendations.

Geweldige plek met geweldig uitzicht
Heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit appartement. Alle faciliteiten die je je kan wensen en een super uitzicht! 5min lopen en je zit midden in het dorp waar je kan genieten van goede koffie (Patrick's Cafe!) of heerlijk ijs!. Kan dit iedereen aanraden.

Tolle Terrasse mit Blick über den Lago Maggiore
Wir haben als Familie zu viert 12 Tage über Pfingsten in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Gastgeber Anna und Jens sind sehr nett. Die Ausstattung hat ein gutes Niveau und ist vollständig. Das Doppelbett ist etwas schmal - ist aber Geschmackssache. Besonders hervorzuheben ist neben neben der günstigen Lage die sehr große Terrasse mit einem ausreichend großen und sehr gut gewarteten Pool. Obwohl wir auch ein paar Regentage hatten, konnten wir die teilweise draußen, eben auf der Terrasse verbringen. Lautstärke von der unterhalb verlaufenden Regionalstraße ist eigentlich nur samstags ein Thema. Schön sind die Märkte in Intra (i.W. Kleidung) und Laveno (auch viele Lebensmittel). Empfehlenswert sind die (Abhol-)Pizzeria "I due Ponti" und das typische regionale (Polenta, Rinderbraten) Restaurant "Concordia". Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.

Schon das zweite Mal hier
Auch dieses Mal haben wir den Urlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung mit der phantastischen Terrasse sehr genossen. Anna hat uns angeboten, ermäßigte Karten für die Expo zu buchen und uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Als es damit Probleme gab, hat sie diese sofort geregelt. Mit dem Zug ist man von Laveno aus in einer Stunde in Mailand, man muss nur beachten, dass es in Laveno zwei Bahnhöfe gibt, die Mailand unterschiedlich anfahren. Wir kommen gerne wieder an diesen schönen Ort!

Terrasse zum Wohlfühlen mit wunderbarem Blick
Wir haben die Zeit auf der Terrasse und am Pool sehr genossen: Der Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore und die Bergketten (bis zur Schweizer Grenze) ist wunderbar. Die gute Ausstattung der Terrasse mit großem Esstisch, Sofa und Liege lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, wenn es Fragen gibt. Die Ortsmitte von Laveno (mit Restaurants, Supermarkt, Fähranlegestelle) ist in ca. 10 min zu Fuß gut auf einem schönen Weg zu erreichen. Aufenthalt mit 3 Personen: 2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind (12 Jahre) Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastic view and close to lake and center Laveno
What a view and what a spacious terrace. We loved our stay and enjoyed the pool and sunsets. Very complete kitchen and good, hard matrasses. Laveno is only a 15 minutes walk. We love to come back again.

Traumhafte Lage mit wunderschönem Ausblick
Neben dem wunderschönem Ausblick von einer sehr großen Terrasse auf den Lago Maggiore, besticht diese schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was das Urlauberherz erfreut. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist modern, sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Auch die Außenanlagen (inkl. tollem Pool) wahren sehr gepflegt und üppig bepflanzt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (wir haben z.B. tolle Insider-Tipps für Restaurants in der Umgebung erhalten). Wir können diese Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
