Appartement fonctionnel au calme, au -2 sans ascenseur de la résidence Les Cristallines. Proche de toutes les commodités, vous aurez rapidement accès aux pistes de ski et au centre station.

Ce bien se compose d'une entrée avec un lit superposé en 90x190 donnant sur une salle de bain et un WC séparé.
Vous retrouvez ensuite un salon avec télévision et un canapé convertible en 140x190 donnant sur une cuisine équipée (four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur top, grille pain, appareil à raclette / pierrade, cafetière filtre traditionnelle, bouilloire) et sur une salle à manger.
Vous disposerez également d'une chambre séparée avec un lit double en 140x190.
Une box permet la connexion Internet qui est à votre disposition.
Un balcon exposé sud et son mobilier d'extérieur vous permettrons de profiter d'une belle vue sur le plomb du Cantal.

Vous pourrez vous garer devant la résidence où un parking est mis à votre disposition. Un casier à skis est prévu également pour le rangement du matériel.

Le linge de lit et les serviettes ne sont pas fournis et vous avez possibilité de le louer sur demande via notre agence.

Randonnées journalières sur le plateau du Cézallier cantalien et dans les gorges alentour. Visites de villes dans la zone Lioran, Murat, Massiac, Salers, Saint-Flour et Aurillac et des villages classés de Salers et Blesle (Haute-Loire). Ascension du Plomb du Cantal par le téléphérique et aussi à pied. Journée au festival de rue d'Aurillac. Montée au château d'Alleuze. Depuis l'appartement, vue sur la montagne et le téléphérique
