This charming duplex apartment in the heart of the resort, directly from the shopping gallery, is located on the first floor of the Buron des Gardes residence with a capacity of up to 9 people. Perfect for you to enjoy moments with family or friends.

On the ground floor you will find a large living room with large bay windows that offer a spectacular view of the heart of the resort, a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, filter coffee maker, Nespresso-type coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave oven, crockery, crepe maker, grill appliance, there is no raclette appliance...), a wood stove located in the living room that will allow you to gather together warmly on the sofa (convertible to 140x190) and the armchairs provided for your use. Still on this level of the duplex, you will find a small room with a single bed, a shower room with a shower and toilet.
Upstairs, you will find a mountain corner with two single beds (90x190), two bedrooms with a double bed (160x190), a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilets.

The accommodation is equipped with a WIFI network. Two secure parking spaces are located in a covered car park just below the residence (attention, vehicles over 1m85 high cannot go down there and these vehicles must park outside).
This accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Linen and towels are not provided, possible at an additional cost. This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
