Apartment on the 1st floor of the ALTURA Residence, brand new, south-facing with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub and its toilet, and a washroom with shower. You will also find an independent toilet. You can enjoy a superb balcony and terrace with mountain views and a private ski locker. Possibility of renting parking spaces in the residence's basement.

Furnished in a 'mountain' style, perfectly equipped, the apartment is located in a new residence with lift, collective WIFI available, at the foot of the Rombière and Font d'Alagnon ski slopes.

You will benefit from all the comfort of a new apartment, perfectly oriented south, facing the forest and ski slopes.

The absolute calm of this station area is a strong point that will allow you to spend very pleasant holidays, summer and winter.

The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen with filter coffee maker, dolce gusto coffee maker, raclette appliance, kettle, refrigerator/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster...

Linen and towels are not provided, possibility of renting them on request or bringing your personal linen. Beds are standard sizes: 140x190 for doubles, including one 160x190 in the room with bunk beds, and 90x190 for singles.

Parfait pour un séjour au calme
Le logement est très spacieux, très bien équipé et très fonctionnel, propre et situé au calme.La vue est très agréable et les deux terrasses spacieuses également comme l’ensemble du logement. Peut être avoir un prix plus attractif pour la saison d’hiver en période scolaire .
