The villa sits on a estate with over 200 olive trees,,,. yet is only 10 minute walk to Lavagna, the train station and beaches. It is a perfect hub to explore the Riviera and beyond - 10km - Sestri Levante, 15km - Portofino. 56 km - Genova airport, Cinque Terre - 30 min by train.
