"This is a small family run hotel. It’s a 10 minute walk into the old town and 15 minute walk to the train station. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned everyday. The hotel does not offer food but there is a restaurant next door and lots of cafes nearby. Parking is in a 24 hour underground parking lot about a 5 minute walk away. "I will start off by saying this is a valid cheap option. There is a bus that goes to the city center but it is not frequent and run every 3-4 hours. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As for the room itself, I understand why it is one star. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and the bathroom floor was always wet due to what we discovered was leaking out of the base of the toilet. "

"This was perfect home to stay Santiago! Very new and clean, what ever you needed at home here has everything even very new. Bed was clean and comfortable, clean and tidy interior. They have a washer and dryer in the building free to use. It was very nice after long walk to Camino. Highly recommended! "
