You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Bed & Breakfast Uitrust

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2 rooms with a single bed. For the fifth person, a single bed is placed in the main bedroom. A baby bed is available for a baby.

On the ground floor is the toilet and shower, the living room with TV, sofa, 3 armchairs. The kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer and a dining area for 5 people.

In the garden you can relax and sit by the water, swim, fish or rent a boat. There is a fence especially for the little ones so that they cannot reach the water. Possible life jackets available upon request.
There is free WiFi and you can park your car in front of the door.

Furthermore, a baby bed is available on request, a high chair, baby bath.

Unlike the name B & B suggests, you have the choice of whether or not to book breakfast. There is a full kitchen in the home. Choose from € 8.50 p. p.p. d. Have a delicious breakfast in your accommodation in the morning. We work with a breakfast list to prevent food waste. This will be brought to you in a basket or you can choose to have only fresh bread delivered in the morning.

The departure ports to the Wadden Islands (20 minutes' drive) from Lauwerzijl and are very popular for a day out. The crossing over the Wadden Sea to Schiermonnikoog or Ameland is 45 minutes and with a bit of luck the seals will swim with you.

Ameland and Schiermonnikoog are ideal for a day out to cycle, to the beach and to spot seals. Very popular with birdwatchers and nature walks. In the villages on the island it is wonderful to relax on a terrace and enjoy culinary delights in the many restaurants.

Zoutkamp is 3 km away. A beautiful fishing village, with various eateries, a cafe and a museum. You can also find a Spar, hairdresser, laundry and a nice shop here.

Lauwerzijl is a quiet and friendly village which is also called fruit village due to the many fruit trees that are planned in the street. There is a playground and an animal meadow, and there is also a village house where you can get a fries on Saturday and have a drink. There is a jeu de boules court and a soccer field. Lauwerzijl has an active management of village interests, they organize various activities in the village house.

We stayed for a week and used this home as a base to travel around. We were welcomed and were very comfortable there. The hosts were very helpful and extremely kind. We would recommend this home to stay at.

Sehr sauberes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Zum Haus gehört ein großzügiger Garten mit Bootssteg, dort kann man gemütlich sitzen. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die schnell und prompt antwortet , und das, obwohl sie selbst im Urlaub war. Leckeres, üppiges Frühstück, das man bestellen konnte und zum Haus geliefert wurde. Beim nächsten Urlaub in dieser Gegend würden wir auf jeden Fall dieses Haus wieder mieten.

Wir haben als Familie mit 3 Kindern (6, 8 Jahre und ein Baby) eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Das Häuschen ist Top! Es ist alles da was man gebrauchen könnte. Sehr schön für spontane Reisen.

Alles da was man braucht. Sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist wie erwartet ländlich und ruhig. Am Meer oder den größeren Städten ist man jeweils in etwa 15 Minuten. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, aber so sind diese Gästehäuser ja oft. Alles in Allem Tip Top

Heerlijke vakantie
We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het huisje zag er tip top verzorgd uit en alles zat erin wat je nodig had. Zelfs voor onze kleine hadden ze speelgoed wat bij haar leeftijd paste. Vriendelijke mensen die je graag tips geven over de omgeving of om even een praatje te maken. In de omgeving is er genoeg te doen om je er een tijd te vermaken. In het dorpje zelf zit een leuke dierenweide, speeltuin en je kan bij de boer kijken naar zijn koeien. We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad en wie weet komen we nog eens terug!

Urlaub mit drei Kindern
Wir haben 10 Tage mit unseren drei Kindern( 1 1/2 Jahre, 4 Jahre ubd 7 Jahre) dort verbracht. Das Haus ear sehr gut geeignet für einen Urlaub mit Kindern. Spielzeug war ausreichend vorhanden und der kleine Gärten mit Zaun war genau richtig. Das Haus war wie beschrieben und bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit an Ins und Sietse wenden. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und hatten einen sehr herzlichen Kontakt zu ihnen während des Urlaubs. Was auch sehr schön war, das es 2min von Haus ein Spielplatz und drei Gehege mit Tieren gab. Das wurde mit unseren Kindern zum morgendlichen Ritual dort hinzugehen und kam super bei den dreien an. In der weiteren Umgebung gibt es ausreichend Möglichkeiten mit den Kindern allerhand zu unternehmen. Ina und Sietse sind dabei gerne behilflich. An dem Haus gab es für uns nichts auszusetzen. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir bedanken uns nochmals für den tollen Urlaub. Auch leidenschaftliche Angler werden auf ihre Kosten kommen am Hauseigenen Steg. Gerne darf man auch das Trampolin der Familie mitbenutzen sowie auch den Rest des großen Garten. Zusammenfassend zu sagen, es war ein tolles Haus in einer tollen Umgebung für einen Urlaub mit Kindern( oder auch ohne). Danke für Alles

Immer wieder
Bei Ina wohnt man traumhaft schön. Das kleine Ferienhaus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Das Haus steht sehr ruhig und es ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben noch nie in so einer gut eingerichteten Ferienwohnung gewohnt. Es war ein sehr liebevoller Empfang , wir hatten Schwierigkeiten wieder abzureisen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Heerlijk huisje op een rustige locatie
We hebben genoten van een paar dagen in B&B Uitrust met onze twee kinderen. In het huis ontbreekt het aan niets. De omgeving is mooi, helaas zat varen er vanwege het weer niet in, maar anders hadden we dat zeker gedaan!

Klein, aber sehr fein
Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und es lief alles reibungslos. Das kleine, aber sehr toll eingerichtete Haus, hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Es war alles vorhanden, von der kleinen Hausapotheke bis zum Ordner mit Ausflugtipps und Infos. Lediglich der Backofen hat uns gefehlt.

sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr haben wir als Familie ein paar Tage in Holland verbracht. Das Ferienhaus lag sehr ruhig. Von dort konnten wir die umliegenden Städte besuchen. Es war sehr leibevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Selbst ein Weihnachtsbaum stand geschmückt im Wohnzimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für eine Famile mit 4 Personen war auch die Größe völlig ausreichend. Das Haus wurde sehr schön renoviert. Ein Bildband der Umbauarbeiten lag aus und man konnte sehen was alles gemacht wurde. Alles ist ganz neu und sehr schön geworden. Einiziger Wermutstropfen war, dass das Bad recht kalt war und nach dem Duschen das Wasser an der Wand kondensierte.

Einfach nur schön
Das haus ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet und so gut wie vollständig ausgestattet. Wir konnten sehr gut abschalten und die natur genießen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter nähe. Ina ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Es war einfach nur schön.

Wir hatten drei wunderbare Tage im schönen Holland in diesem superschönen Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist einfach klasse. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Das Haus ist mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es war alles supersauber und mehr als bestens augestattet. Es gab einige extras, z.b. war Duschgel, Deo, Zahncreme vorhanden. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern (5 und 2 Jahre alt) in diesem Haus. Die Treppe hatte oben und unten ein Türgitter, es gab Plastikgeschirr, einen Hochstuhl, Spielzeug, es wurde an alles gedacht, einfach klasse. Unser Aufenthalt war einfach super. Vielen dank.

wonderful relaxing house very modern
We loved our stay at this house. Nicely decorated, has everything that you need. And if you forget to bring something; it is there. There are even first aid supplies. Lots of teas and coffee, bathrobs, towels, sandbox and trampoline for the children. The owners live right next door and are very helpful. They also ofter boat rentals, which we really enjoyed. The village is not far from two supermarkets and the local outdoor pool. We will be visiting again in the future.

We liked it!
The appartment is clean, in a very nice environment and had everything we needed and even more- spread like marmelade, honey etc. in the kitchen, towels and sanitary products in the bathroom and a trampoline outside in the garden! There is little we needed more :) We thank our host for this comfortable stay and her helpfullness in case we had questions and recommend Inas appartment! Regards from Hamburg, Aneta
