Room was nice a lot of upgrade but hotel had a bad case of flying roaches didn’t see anything the first night but the second night roaches took over the entire room tried sitting outside flying roaches everywhere I spoke with front desk I was told that they couldn’t control the bugs slept with my head under the covers

Well they made me pay 100$ security deposit in cash because I was a local resident. Me and my girlfriend wanted a night out the house away from our kids, so we gotta room. Our tv wouldn’t even turn on, I notified the desk they didn’t offer to move us or anything, just that I will put in a work order for maintenance in the morning… I saw a roach on the floor… Shower had no nonslip mat on the floor, water pressure was nonexistent… we gotta king size bed, on our bed was four very small flat pillows… I worked in hospitality for 4 years and king size beds usually have 6 average to big pillows, not 4 very small pillows.. Outside the hotel there was a few guys on the balcony smoking weed all night

Would not stay here again. Look elsewhere!
Front desk staff not willing to change room location upon request. States, sorry, but all the keys have been assigned, cant make any changes. The room was very noisy, not conducive to much sleep. The hardwood floors were dirty, they left the bottom of your socks and feet black. The room door did not seal, allowing flies and bugs to come into the room from outside. Safety was a concern since door did not seal, could easily slide a card or tool to unlock door and remove chain lock, as it was also loose.

My stay at Quality Inn was great. The room looks good and like at home with vinyl wood floor. The king bed was comfy and room was very clean. Complementary break was simple and good. I would recommend for people to stay here.
