We had a great time during our recent stay in Hocking Hills. The home was everything it was advertised to be and provided enough space for our family and dogs. We would definitely stay in this home again!
We enjoyed a weekend stay and were very impressed with the accommodations and relaxing environment. The owner was very quick with communication every step of the way. We will definitely be back!
The cabin was beautiful. Just like all the pictures. And close to hiking!. The only thing i would suggest is a can opener. But five stars for everything!!. And very clean. Loved the hot tub and pool table!!
Overall we loved the cabin! We are celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary this week and thoroughly enjoyed! Our only complaint is we had no way of communicating with the host in case something went wrong. I tried to message through VRBO and it kept saying I did not have access to the site. Will definitely consider staying again!
The log home was beautifully appointed. Very clean and in just the right location for our Hocking Hills Adventure! Thank you hosts for a fantastic rental 💯👍
The cabin is beautiful as is the surrounding property. It is very clean and well taken care of. I was even apprehensive because they allow pets here but you can't find a trace! Beautiful! We brought utensils and things we thought we may need to cook meals but they thought of it all! We loved the downstairs pool table and lounge area.
We had a great time staying at the cabin It was very clean and well taken care of The yard was maintained well also All instructions were straightforward and easy to do Thank you We may come again!
The cabin was absolutely wonderful. Well built, nice and clean, and the best of all furninghings, bedding, and kitchenware. There was not a single thing we would have wanted that was not there for us. Really nice floor plan for multiple couples staying together. No one is on top of anyone- lots of room to spread out. I highly recommend this place!
The property was great and plenty of room for my family of four! We have 2 adult-size teenage boys and we brought our new furry addition to our family.
The lot size was perfect for the pup to run and for my boys to throw the football around. Inside the cabin was very clean! I highly recommend this property!
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the home was well-situated for hiking the trails and comfortable for 5 adults and 1 dog. Alyssa and Austin kept us informed and provided timely instructions. The kitchen was nicely sized and well-appointed, as we ate all meals in. Only suggestion would be to invest in at least one good chef’s knife, or guests should plan to bring their own. Home was clean and ready upon arrival. Beds were comfortable, temperature of home was great, and the game room downstairs was perfect for our family. The large firepit was wonderful! The dead end street was great for walking the dog. It was nice to only have to bring clothes, food, and a good attitude! The exterior would benefit from a good cleaning of the table and chairs (for each new guest arrival) as well as a cleaning of the windows and decking. The perimeter of the property does have a lot of poison ivy so caution is advised.
I loved the walk-out basement with game area, living area, full bathroom and sofabed. There is a gorgeous master suite on the second floor with attached bath. The first floor is stunning with a wonderful kitchen, dining area, fireplace, BR, BA and two sliders. Lots of porch space. I didn't go in the hot tub but my friend did and enjoyed it. We did have a fire at the firepit at night and it felt secluded and peaceful. You really are a close drive to many fun activities but I was happy hardly leaving the house. As with most areas of Hocking Hills, the wifi is not the strongest but who cares-we walked a lot, read books and just enjoyed the peace and quiet. Oh-and this place is dog friendly! We did bring our own water for drinking but we probably didn't need to. Enjoy!!
