"This apartment suited our needs and met our expectations. Only issue we experienced was checking in with the code that was somewhat complicated. The initial code did not work. Communication with the property via WhatsApp messaging and phone was excellent and we did get another code BUT when we got to our room it had not been serviced from guests prior. "This guy needs to communicate with guests better. I requested how to get in the day before, then twice the morning of my arrival. I didn't hear from him until 2:30 pm and check in was at 3. I was in Braga at that point and had to go wait in a cafe until I got his email. (It was raining) When I showed up at the place, a couple was outside trying to get in. Then later, after I returned around 8 pm, another couple was outside who couldn't get in. I let them in."
