The house features 3 light-filled bedrooms, including a spacious queen-sized bed for a restful sleep. You'll have 1 well-equipped bathroom and a private garden patio to enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a day of exploring. The spacious driveway has plenty of room for 2-3 cars, so parking’s a breeze.
There’s also a laundry room with a washer and dryer, plus a fully equipped kitchen with loads of space to cook up your favourite meals.
Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, this home is a welcoming retreat to return to at the end of each day.

METRO BUS SERVICE: Metro bus service provides transportation throughout Launceston and its surrounding suburbs each day. To access timetables, routes, and prices, please visit the Metro Tasmania Website.
FREE TIGER BUS: The bus travels around the city. There are bus stops located nearby outside Princes Square Park and the Launceston General Hospital. INTERCITY BUS SERVICE: Tasmania has you covered with a variety of intercity bus services to make your city-to-city travels a breeze. If you're in the North West region, which includes Burnie, Wynyard, Devonport, and more take a peek at the 'MerseyLink' bus service website for their timetables. If you're heading to or from Launceston and the southern spots like Hobart, make sure to swing by the 'Kinetic' website. Please note that 'Kinetic' has you covered for some routes to and from Devonport as well.
