Step through landscaped grounds to the property's entrance. Inside, to the right, discover the queen bedroom. This inviting space offers comfortable bedding, a luxurious walk-in wardrobe, and a beautiful ensuite with a walk-in shower and relaxing bath.
Back through the hallway, find the breathtaking open living and kitchen area. This space is the heart of the home, featuring generous living areas, stunning views, and abundant natural light. The fully-appointed kitchen includes modern appliances and designs that seamlessly complement the surrounding landscape.
Open living and dining spaces create a convivial atmosphere with a spacious six-seater dining suite, plush seating, and a smart TV. The highlight is the east-facing floor-to-ceiling sliding doors and windows showcasing mesmerizing Tamar River views.
Both living and dining areas provide deck access, perfect for relaxation and BBQs amidst nature.
At the opposite hallway end, discover laundry with a washing machine and sink, and the main bathroom with a delightful combined bath-shower.
Upstairs, find three bedrooms. Two offer luxurious queen-sized beds, the third a comfortable king-single. Each bedroom includes built-in wardrobes, with queen rooms providing stunning river views from atop.
The backyard invites exploration with well-manicured grounds, charming seating, a kids' play area, fruit trees, riverside walking track and visits from native wildlife who frequently stop by to say "hello".
Guest Access:
Guests have access to entire main house. There is a locked door at the end of the hallway, near the bathroom. This area is not accessible.

There is plenty of private, off-street parking located at the property, accommodating up to 4 vehicles.
Please note the main bathroom spa is not operational; however, it can be used as a relaxing bathtub.
Please do not use the ceiling heating.
The hot water in the kitchen can take a little while to warm up.
