The Space:
As you arrive at the complex, you will be greeted by your own driveway and garage space. Make your way through to the private entryway, where you will find the homes brick exterior, surrounded by well-manicured gardens.
Step inside and be delighted by a homely, open-living design which intregrates the kitchen, dining and lounge areas. The kitchen is fully appointed, featuring a large fridge, ample storage and bench space, and plenty of appliances to cater to all of your cooking needs. The kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining area, which features a lovely six-seater dining suite, and large windows, enabling plenty of natural light and warmth to fill the space. The lounge area includes a comfortable, L-shaped couch, spare cushions and blankets, and a Smart TV for you to watch all of your favourite shows. The sliding door allows you to enter the undercover patio area, where you can enjoy some of that fresh, Tasmanian air. Additionally, this space contains a reverse-cycle air conditioning unit, to ensure that you are kept comfortable all year round.
Continue from the lounge area, into the first queen bedroom. Here you will find fresh, white linen, built-in wardrobes and an adjoining ensuite to cater to all your comforts. The ensuite contains a vanity with space to store your personal belongings, and a single, walk-in shower.
Make your way back through to the lounge area and into the small hallway which connects to the laundry, main bathroom, and second queen bedroom. No need to worry about finding a laundromat! The laundry contains a sink, washing machine, and dryer for you to access.
Adjacent to this, you will find the main bathroom and seperate toilet. This space features ample storage, an additional walk-in shower, and a spacious bathtub for you to soak in after a long day.
The storage space is continued in the queen bedroom, with built-in wardrobes also found here! Large windows, comfortable bedding, and lovely artwork complete this space. Additional heating options are found in both bedrooms for your use, if you desire.

South Launceston is in the perfect location for you to spend your next holiday. Here you will be surrounded by plenty of charming 20th Century weatherboard homes, whilst being in close proximity to many amenities and attractions. Being a neighbouring suburb to Launceston's CBD, and other suburbs such as West Launceston and Prospect, you will find a vast range of options to choose from.
Nearby, you will find the Door of Hope facility. Here you will find one of Launceston's most popular gyms, a delicious cafe, a childcare centre, and a church. Additionally, this centre is host to many functions and events all year round, providing plenty of entertainment to you and the family.
Launceston's center is only a 5-minute drive away, where you will be able to experience many more eateries, bars, shops, services, and lovely parks and recreational grounds, within only minutes of one another. The Launceston General Hospital is located here, providing you with easy access to the services provided, if required.
