"Patrick's place in Graz Old Town had pretty much all you would need for a home-away-from-home stay; the grocery store was also just around the corner. This was a very quiet place despite of the road work on the street where the apartment is. The new double-glass windows are very efficient for blocking sound from outside and also the other inhabitants were very quiet. The code-key lock was great!"

"Awesome views of a gorgeous city! This property is centrally located to great restaurants, a grocery store, and all of the best attractions Graz has to offer. The flat is a great size, plenty of room for everyone! The rooms are spacious and open and the beds were super comfortable. The owners were easily available and answered any questions we had, overall great stay!"

"We had a great holiday at this beautiful property. The surroundings are amazing and the apartment is clean, spacious and has everything that you could possibly need and more. The host Linda is extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble, she is also quick to respond to messages. Don’t hesitate to book, you wont be disappointed. We will certainly be back next year,"

"Our stay was uncomfortable. The towels provided smelled like musty old water. The shower was also very small and the drain is clogged so you would be standing in ankle deep water in less than 5 minutes. The light was broken in the washroom, the cover on the futon couch is stained and the dishes were not clean/had food from previous guests. This place was not well taken care of. From 0900 to 2000, the entire district turns into a "short-park zone," necessitating the purchase of parking tickets that must be displayed on the dashboard and allow a maximum of three hours parking.
