O:live Villa Firenze is an 8,000 sq ft villa featuring 7 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, a spa, a swimming pool, a Piazzale, an external dining terrace, and parking areas. The villa is the perfect choice for friends and families who seek a contemporary, updated design with luxurious amenities. With the convenience of being just 15 minutes from Florence city center, it just takes a quick drive to visit world-class museums, a vast variety of restaurants, antique shops, fashion designer’s stores, and picturesque squares where you can experience live music.

O:live Villa Firenze is comprised of a main house with 5 bedrooms and a fully equipped 2-bedroom apartment that can be adjoined or separated for a total of 7 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms. The main house has a large living room, a movie room, a pool table room, and an indoor and outdoor dining area. The 2-bedroom apartment offers a kitchenette, a living area, 2 queen-sized bedrooms, and 1 1/2 bathrooms. The interiors are modern and contemporary with farmhouse details like exposed beamed ceilings, and natural stone. Soft, cream-colored walls and designer furniture in the living rooms are beautifully arranged for comfort and relaxation in mind. Each room has been carefully designed with quality fabrics bearing a neutral and calming color palette. Complete with air conditioning, insulated windows, and comfortable beds, each bedroom is unique in its own right.

The bedroom has beautiful wood floors, a large ensuite bathroom with Italian Carrara marble that includes a shower, and a bathtub with a window overlooking the Florentines hills. The suite includes a lounge area surrounded by beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, his and her walk-in closets, and a very elegantly furnished ambiance.

Il Solaio di Fiesole Loft: King Size Bed and 2 Twin Beds, Living Room with TV, Dining Table. Desk, Ensuite Bathroom with shower and bathtub duo.

Italian sunlight streams into this bedroom loft which also boasts beautiful views of the olive trees. The first level of the loft has a living room with a comfortable sofa and a large TV perfect for privately watching your favorite movie, an ensuite bathroom, and a dining table. The bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub with views overlooking the green Tuscan hills. From here we have a staircase that takes you up to an open space king-size bedroom next to a secondary open space with two twin beds ideally to use for kid bedrooom.

La Torreta: King Bed with Ensuite Bathroom

A wooden staircase takes you to the high part of the villa where we find this beautiful bedroom suite with a King size bed, a full bathroom, the most incredible antique wood beams, and one of the most astonishing views in the villa where you can open the windows and surround yourself with the beautiful sounds of the birds.

Montecciello & Montalcino: Queen-size bed (Monticello) and 2 Twins beds (Montalcino), Shared Bathroom with shower and bathtub duo and large walk-in closet.

The second-floor hallway as well as the kitchen staircase provides access to these two separate bedrooms. Both are decorated beautifully with exposed wooden beams and views of the Tuscan hills, a shared full bathroom in the hallway, and a large walk-in closet. Bedroom 4 offers a queen size bed and bedroom 5 has 2 twin beds ideal for kids.

The villa offers the possibility of a separate unit which can be ideal if you are traveling with another family that would like privacy and independence. However, there is the possibility to use the entire villa as one. This lovely unit is developed on two floors: the ground floor features a beautiful cozy, living room with a 55' TV and lounge sofas, a guest 1/2 bathroom, and a full kitchen with a dining table

Security Deposit
The Security Deposit is €2,500 payable upon check in. You will be reimbursed on check-out should no damage occur during your stay.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. These Terms and Conditions lay down the criteria for the use of O:live Villa Firenze.

2. All persons in the rental party will be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Only persons listed on this Agreement may stay in the Property.

3. Only Clients and their guests whose presence has been registered can access the villa, the swimming pool, all amenities, and related areas. Should the presence of unregistered people be detected, the Client will be required to pay for their whole permanence, according to the listed charges of the relevant day, without prejudice the right to expel people who are not properly registered.
