"Over complicated check in process (envelope was empty). Bent key (that wasn't labelled Yale as per instructions). The kettle wasnt clean, no tassimo coffee as per the in room guidance, worn out mattress, no wifi code available, an opened and partly used shampoo bottle left in the room without a lid The car port has space for two cars 24/7 access only (yet only four rooms) instructed to move car to streets away.
