Step inside this “One Of A Kind” Vegas themed entertainment home, The Winner’s Getaway. The entire property is professionally decorated with Vegas themed rooms and decor. If your going to stay in Vegas, you may as feel like it. We’ve customized our vacation rental to be like no other. We use high end furnishings, so that your time in Vegas is truly one of a kind.
The Winner’s Retreat can comfortably host groups of up to 12-14 guests. However, we are fully capable of hosting larger groups as well. Inquire before booking.

Other things to note
As of right now you'll have access to the entire house except for the garages and a couple closets that we use for storing cleaning supplies.
PROPERTY RULES
First and foremost, there is a PARTY AND NUISANCE BAN in effect on all our vacation rental properties. Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction with zero refund. More information is at the end of this post.

Read through all the rules and if you have any questions, please ask for clarification prior to check-in.

1. Proof of ID is required for booking. VRBO/Homeaway may have it on file.
2. Bookings within 72 hours of stay, must present a government approved ID to management.
a. A copy of id will be kept on file.
3. All locals, church groups, and athletic teams must contact management and disclose purpose and exact head count before booking. They may be subject to additional cleaning fees and/or security deposit.
4. This is a self-check-in property. You agree that you are willing and able to follow the instructions you are being provided by through either the House Manual or Check-In Guide. You agree you will not contact your host prior to reading the House Manual.
5. Check-In: 4 pm and Check-Out: 11 am, firm.
6. No extra guests exceeding the original reservation amount without written permission from owner. Children, infants, teens, and seniors and included in final number. It is the responsibility to notify management the names and head count of all guests staying at the property no later than 48 hours prior to check-in.
7. Pet (dogs only) are permitted for an additional fee. Inquire for rules and fees on pets. Failure to notify management about your pet(s), will result in a minimum of $100 fine per pet and additional cleaning fees if applicable. Renter is responsible for all pet damage and/or accidents.
8. No parties, weddings, birthdays, or any other gatherings without prior consent. Additional rules and costs apply. Please inquire within.
9. Quiet hours are enforced between 9pm-7am. These are strictly enforced.
a. Our properties are in residential neighborhoods. When coming or going during quiet areas, please respect the neighbors. Yelling, fighting, excessively loud talking, ect. all fit under the neighborhood nuisance ordinance and could result in eviction. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. More information below.
10. Excessive noise is subject to immediate eviction.
11. Zero smoking or drugs policy inside the unit. Smoking must be done away from exterior doors and windows. Indoor smoking will result in a minimum fee of $400 for additional cleaning.
12. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
13. Dishes must be cleaned and returned prior to check out.
14. Guest must dispose of the garbage in the exterior trash.
15. No commercial photography or filming on the property without consent.
16. Do not use the premises for any illegal activity nor parties.
17. Guest is responsible for cleaning up of all biohazard. Both pets and humans.
18. Park in the driveways or designated areas on the street. Lock all vehicles and/or trailers. Owner is not responsible for break-ins, theft, or damage.
19. Management does use outside surveillance cameras for monitoring the property. It may be used while guests are present. There are Zero cameras inside the property.
20. Management may also have noise monitoring devices on the property.
21. No refunds outside of the booking cancelation agreement. Travel insurance is available through VRBO and multiple outlets and is the renter’s responsibility to research and purchase this if desired.
22. If there is any damage to the property, it is the guest’s responsibility to notify the host within 12 hours to arrival or the guest may be subject to the damage and/or replacement of items.
23. The return of all pieces to the board games, puzzles, and other game-like items is the responsibility of the renter.
24. Guest will not disconnect the smart hub, cameras, nor noise monitoring devices while on the property. If one or more of these devices are disconnected the owner may send a representative to the property to restore service. If the guest has intentionally unplugged or tampered with the hub, they will be charged a service fee of $75. If it happens a second time or the guest refuses the representative entrance to the property, the guests’ reservation with be terminated with zero refunds.

PARTY AND NUISANCE BAN INFORMATION
The City of North Las Vegas, The City of Las Vegas, City of Henderson, all HOA, and all vacation rental owners have a strict ban against house parties and nuisance parties. The ban includes “open invite” events that are advertised on social media, by friends, ect. If the reserving party at any time exceed the head count given prior to their gathering, they are in direct violation of our agreement and may be asked that all guests staying or visiting to leave the property immediately. The renting party will surrender 100% of the remainder of their booking, their entire deposit, possible additional fees for cleaning and repairs, and a claim will be made against their stay on the booking site. Any fines obtained by the city or HOA, will be sole responsibility of the reserving party. If needed, a claim in court will be filed against the reserving party.
All guests under 18 years old must stay on the property during quiet hours. There is no roaming the neighbor, yelling, mischief activity, playing in the streets or yards, harassing animals and neighbors, or nuisance activity permitted. Failure to control adolescent guests, is a breach in the nuisance ban and is subject to likewise evictions.
By booking with us, if you and your group is in direct violation, you allow the owner, his representatives, and any law enforcement to enter the property to remove all parties (both staying and visiting). At that time, bookings will be immediately terminated, and the renter will be responsible for any and all damage to property.
When there is an eviction or removal due to parties, exceeding guest counts, and/or nuisance, the renter is responsible for professional carpet cleaning of the property in the amount of $325.
