The rooms are in need are upgrade. The carpet had over 6 major stains. The bed linen was the lowest quality. I had to get a second room due to the cigarette smoke odor. The hours for the "dining" area need to be revised to accommodate morning usage. The staff was extremely nice and professional.

Old school, no amenities, clean room only every three days. No restaurant, no breakfast, only coffee downstairs. I could not get the shampoo to come out of the container. Only one soap at sink.

I liked that the property is per friendly and they have ground floor rooms with sliding glass doors to the dog walking area. I liked that when I had an issue regarding refund for an unused night the Manager was amazingly attentive and responsive. I don't like that you can't book the specific room that offers the ground floor with the sliding glass door and desire requesting it several times and even emailing the hotel in advance if my even booking the reservation they couldn't honor the request and put me in a room on the third floor so I to take my two did up and down the elevator several 10 times during my stay. Also I was told the coffee bar in the lobby(Starbucks) was open from 8 AM - 10 AM however I no one was there when I looked during that time one day.

First it was very noisy, staff did not help to get a room away from the freeway noise . The bath tub was dirty with hair, the toilet had poop stains, no liquid soap, one set of towels for two persons, dirty carpet, tissue paper two left in the box, the bed sheets were inside out with hair on it! I don’t think I have to continue !!!
