Great place and location!
If you’re looking to be near the strip but don’t want to pay high hotel rates, this is the location for you. Short Uber ride to strip and walkable to Palms and Rio. This place was perfect for me and my friends and so affordable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

We travelled with our adult children- everyone had their own room. Close enough to walk to the strip if you want (20-30 minutes) or uber $15-20. Unfortunately too cold to enjoy the pool. Easy check in process.

Great spot for conferences
We stayed here for a conference and it was a great spot and saved us a ton of money. The place was large, comfy, quiet and clean. I can't speak to vacation stays, but for a conference when most of the hotels prices are skyrocketing. This was ideal. Highly recommend.

Nice Respite In Sin City
Elaine's apartment was a great fit for our time in Vegas. We wanted to be away from the Strip but close enough to be at the Sphere for a $12.00 Uber ride. The apartment was nicely furnished with everything required to cook. The only thing to mention is that there are (3) Queen size beds. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Especially great for families or couples that need a bit more space and serenity than the strip can offer affordably.

Property manager was kind enough to extend our stay for a small fee as our flight out was late night. Good clean property close to strip. Everything is as listed, key stores are a bit of a long walk. Only improvement would be to ensure essential supplies like body wash etc are stocked.

Absolutely love the space
My family and I were stunned walking through the door at the air bnb. Pictures don’t do it justice!! It was spacious very clean and in a great location! The pool and hot tub were a perfect spot to relax after walking by the strip all day or just for a day to spend. I would definitely recommend if I could id give a 10star thank you so so much for the hospitality

Vegas, baby!
Elaine’s apartment was exactly as shown in the listing. Plenty of room for the whole family, full kitchen, near the center of the city. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool but it looked well maintained. There was plenty of parking and the guard on duty at the gate was very helpful.

Great apartment and a great price!
We were in Vegas with our 3 adult children & this was an almost perfect spot for us. Very clean & updated inside, 2 nice pools, and Elaine was always prompt & thorough in all our communication. One word of warning: the listing says it sleeps 6 & states 2 beds in each room. Six people could stay ONLY if they were all couples, as there are just 3 double beds. Our son had to sleep on the couch, which was definitely not meant for sleeping on! Other than that, it's a great place !

Excellent Place to Stay
Property was very clean and a great location for visiting the Strip. Rooms were comfortable and good sized. Every room came with an extra blanket/throw, which was nice to have. Host was responsive to messages. Check in was smooth and the gate guard was very nice. Sample size toiletries were in the bathrooms which was an unexpected bonus in case you forgot anything. Would recommend this location to anyone needing this type of space.
