✔ A check-in guide will be sent 24-48 hours before arrival.

✔ Guests must be 21+ to book. A valid photo ID and a signed Rental Agreement are required within 24 hours of booking.

✔ MGM will place a refundable incidental hold of $100-$300 (depending on stay length) at check-in. Any unused balance is refunded within 7 days of departure

★Early Check-Ins & Late Check-Outs★

✔ Early check-in requests can be made within 48 hours of arrival, subject to availability and a $20 per hour fee.

✔ Late check-out requests can be made within 48 hours of departure, subject to availability and a $20 per hour fee. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $300 fee to ensure the suite is prepared for the next guest.

★Amenities and Services★

✔ Housekeeping & Starter Kit Details -- While The Signature offers many resort-style amenities, this condo is a self-catered vacation home. Daily housekeeping is not included, but additional items (towels, sheets, shampoo, mid-stay cleaning, etc.) can be requested for a fee. A starter kit with essentials (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, etc.) is provided to help you settle in. For extended stays, please plan to purchase any extra toiletries and supplies locally or bring them with you if you prefer not to schedule additional housekeeping service.

✔ Extended Stay Discounts – Stays of 7 nights or more receive a 5% discount, and stays of 14 nights or more qualify for a 10% discount

★Smoke-Free Policy★

✔ BluEssence is a 100% smoke-free suite. Smoking or vaping inside the unit will result in a minimum cleaning fee of $300 and/or $500 fine from the complex to ensure the space remains fresh and clean for all guests.
