Brand new, modern private room with lots of space and KING size bed. Free parking on premises.

This private suite has it's own entrance and door lock codes which you will be provided before arrival. It is located in very safe and low trafic area. There is a dog on property that has NO access to the guests in any way.

Little recommends: Sitting chair (for which there is ample room, toaster that is actually plugged in and a "pods" coffee maker. Appreciated my stay! Very good proximity to golf........

Incredible!
This property is absolutely amazing! Not only is it beautiful, clean and roomy it is also extremely safe. Very clear instructions were given for check-in. The host is so easy to work with and has great communication. I would highly recommend this property for either a quick overnight stay or several nights!

Great place away from the busy city
This was a great place a little away from the busiest parts of Vegas, but not super far. It was only like 1/2 hour away. The room was great if you're just there to sleep. No seating or table. I love that it was also easy to get to Red Rock Canyon and Valley of Fire State Park. We would definitely consider this place again

This was one of the best places I booked for a night. Clean, modern, and spacious room with a large bathroom. Super smooth self check in/check out. Good amenities for one room. Also it was relatively close to grocery shopping.

Highly recommended for people who needs a place to stay!!!! My friend and I, we both are women, felt safe staying here and we will come back again!! The host was very friendly, helpful and everything was done professionally. Short Night
Our Flight got in to Vegas late so it was about 2am when we got to the property and we had to be on the road by 7am. The property was eaasy to find and it had good motion lights so the entrance was well lit .The place was small but great for two people and it had everything we needed for our short one night stay. We will stay there again if we are in the area

Nice place; beautiful neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay here. It was about a 30 minute drive from the Strip, an hour from Hoover Dam, and 20 minutes from Red Rock Canyon. It’s a nice, quiet neighborhood with mountains in the background. As stated, this rental is within the owner’s home although there is no access to the rest of the house. You can hear them, though, so if that would bother you then you may want to find another place. It was exceptionally clean and we had everything we needed.

The room was clean at first site , but the floor needed to be mopped and the sheets should be clean and not with tears in them and feeling of ruffness. TV could be bigger. Otherwise it was quite and good enough to leave an overall rating of 4stars .

I felt safe here the only issue I had was the the frig made a really loud noise at night that did not let me sleep. Oh and the bed and pillows are not comfortable. Everything else was great.

A private bedroom inside someone's home
This was not what we expected from a VRBO property. We have been using VRBO for 20 years and have always had the property to ourselves. Our private bedroom with attached bathroom had an outside entrance, but also had an interior door (with a keypad) that led into to owner's house. We could hear their conversations. We were uncomfortable and decided to only stay 1 night even though we paid for 2.

Good but not great
It was a perfect location, easy access and communication was great. Great price. Overall pretty good. No seating except the bed. No washcloths (?strange), no luggage rack or anywhere to put luggage for access to items except on the floor or on and off the bed. Some items listed as amenities were not there- dining table, washer/dryer, no temp. control except to open the door. Bedspread trim hanging in a few places and no blanket for cooler nights. OK and no real complaints, just missing items to make it a place you could refer someone to or really want to come back to.

A Place to Lay Your Head
Don’t have a lot to say about this property. Nice to have a place to stay on our way through to Yosemite. No welcome book/sheet and bathroom baseboards could use a wipe-down.
