There wasn't cleaner at the property i asked them to clean my room at the reception but they said that's not our property it's a condo so call to who ever booked it for you. And i called even to cancelled it because when the air condition starts i couldn't sleep it makes a lot of sound over all i don't like it never go back agin

Nothing listed on site was on property it was at the grand mgm… no room service, tv wasn’t working they told me to call the 3rd party person I booked the stay with to resolve the issue.. which didn’t have a number for me to speak with an agent.. I wouldn’t stay here again

Avoid this place!
Awful experience. Hotel staff was no help because I booked through a “third party” aka hotels.com… which has never happened to me. Didn’t get to sleep in the room the first night because it reeked of marijuana and the room was filthy and not clean when we checked in… which was at the regular check in time. I’ll never stay here again, please look elsewhere.

We weren’t treated nice because we booked from hotels.com they literally told us that. We stood there 3 nights and we couldn’t get more towels the next day or toilet paper because we didn’t book straight from them. Every time we will call for something they told us the same thing that they couldn’t help us because we booked from a hotels.com We stood 3 nights we paid a lot of money we should of been treated like everyone else.

The balcony offered breathtaking views of the entire Vegas skyline and the Sphere, making our stay truly memorable. The price was unbeatable for the level of service and amenities provided. The staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. Overall, this was an exceptional experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vegas

My stay at Signature was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in easy. The room was very clean and had a great view. The amenities were excellent, especially the pool. Overall, Signature provided an amazing experience and I highly recommend it.

Our stay was truly remarkable. The view from our room was mesmerizing, and opening the sliding glass door to this sight was simply unforgettable. I just checked out and have to give this hotel a perfect score! The balcony was amazing with stunning views of Las Vegas Boulevard and the Sphere. Staying at The Signature at MGM was an incredible experience. From the free valet service and ice machines to the jetted bathtub, fridge, and microwave, everything was perfect. The view was breathtaking, with all the casinos and hotels lit up at night. Opening the sliding glass door to that stunning sight was unforgettable. Perfect Stay for Families Visiting Vegas
after a day at the hockey tournament with our kids and couldn't be happier. Our room, complete with a private balcony offering a stunning view of the Strip, is the perfect retreat for relaxation.
