You'll love our luxurious Penthouse. It is directly in the MGM Casino Hotel Signature Tower right on the Las Vegas Strip. This provides you with enormous advantages versus other vacation rental locations. You will be staying in a condo directly connected to the huge MGM Hotel complex which includes a massive pool, hot tub, gym, dozens of wonderful restaurants / buffets, incredible shows, and the MGM casino itself. We charge no resort fees or parking fees. Our luxurious condo has stunning views, a private balcony, a separate living room, a full kitchen and a small kitchenette, 2 king size beds, 2 queen size sleeper sofas, and 3 luxurious bathrooms. The condo sleeps up to 8. Free WiFi is available in every room. The full kitchen has a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. The kitchenette has a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The 3 luxurious bathrooms have Jacuzzi bathtubs, California showers, and double sinks. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and DVD. Our guests have free access to the huge MGM pool complex, which features multiple pools, a waterfall, a lazy river, and a big hot tub. Our guests also have free access to the MGM Signature gym with state of the art equipment. Check-in and check-out are done at the front-desk just as in any hotel and are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Valet parking is free.

Our Penthouse condo is in the MGM Signature Tower directly in the MGM Hotel complex right on the Las Vegas Strip. Our condo has all the advantages of staying in an MGM hotel room and more, for substantially less money! The condo is on a penthouse floor, has a stunning view of the Las Vegas Strip, and a private balconies to enjoy it from. Staying on the strip makes a Las Vegas vacation much more memorable. All the world famous attractions and casinos are within walking distance! The Statue of Liberty, the Eiffel Tower, and a live Volcano can all be seen running down the legendary Vegas Strip! After a long night playing, laughing, eating, drinking, and dancing, you walk home up the Las Vegas Strip lit up as bright as daylight!

The 2 bedroom 3 bath condo is composed of a 1 bedroom Penthouse and an adjacent Penthouse suite which share a common outer door. Their is a private bedroom and living room in the 1 bedroom Penthouse and a studio condo like layout in the Penthouse suite. The luxurious condo combination has 2 king size beds and 2 sleeper sofas and, can sleep up to 8 people.

The rooms were worn! Phones were not connected, plug-in in the kitchens did not work, walls were dirty, shower leaks under the glass, very limited dishes, coffee samples in the room was like water, the trash bags were literally small (like bathroom size bags) and only 2 available, clocks radios were not functional and the phone charger on there were not working and 1 did not even have a plug-in for it. Our tower pool was closed for the season with no warning from the owner. Couch pull out beds mattress was only about an inch or two thick, all the bars could be felt even for those weighing less than 100lbs! Knobs on a few of the drawers were missing. There was old coffee grinds left in the coffee pot from a previous visitor. Bathroom doors were squeaky so everyone knew when you were in there all night long too! Checkin was easy, and the location was good.

Great Location
The apartments were just great. Having a penthouse and adjoining room met our family needs. The penthouse was very good, the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept in. The location was great, property clean, communication excellent. Our one issue was the fold out couch in the adjoining room. The mattress was terrible. Once this is rectified I would say 10/10, once rectified!

Good, but not as expected for Penthouse suite
Good location. Great for watching F1 race from balcony, BUT must Uber to the race itself due to walkway/road closures. Very few stocked supplies (cooking, paper products, towels, etc). Very thin sheets, bedding, towels (couch bed was like sleeping directly on springs). Needs maintenance (sink was clogged, no hot water for sink, squeeky doors, etc). No locks on most interior doors, including bathrooms.

Unit was perfect for 4 ladies. The only complaints we had were that the junior suite has a musty smell to it. We ran a diffuser the entire time we were there and that helped. Also the master suite sinks one was clogged and the other doesn’t have hot water. Cindy was very responsive and helpful with questions we had.

Great place, but one major issue.
The good: Located near the top floor of the MGM Signature with an awesome view! The layout was perfect for a group of 7 ladies to celebrate a 40th birthday. The bad: Let me preface this with the fact that the host reimbursed me $200 (out of $2583) for the inconvenience. The day prior to arrival, I requested an early check-in, which the host approved for an additional $75 charge. We arrived around 2pm, and in the hallway outside of our room was a “caution wet floor" sign and a big industrial fan that is used to dry carpets. Upon entering the room, the unit with the kitchen, sitting area and bedroom were all fine. There were some pictures that had been taken off the wall and stored in closets, which was odd. When we opened the door to the other unit, we were instantly hit with a musty type of smell. The carpet was all wet - when we walked on it our socks were soaked. We propped the door open to try and help with the smell, but it didn’t help, it progressively got worse over time. The majority of the time we hung out in the other room and outside, but those of us who slept and got ready in the room were met with the smell each time and it was very overpowering. We reached out to the owner and supposedly she sent someone in with air fresheners, but we weren’t there at the time and the smell when we returned only seemed worse. We ended up vacating the smelly room a day prior to checkout and the rest of us stayed in the other room.

Very Spacious!
Great place and location for a "guys trip" to Vegas. The rooms had very nice bedrooms and bathrooms with a lot of space in the living room to hang out. The full size refrigerator and microwave were clutch for storing drinks and food while being able to easily reheat leftovers for a midnight snack. We also appreciated having a third full bathroom. The only thing lacking was a couple extra trash bags, one spare roll of paper towels and liquid dish soap, so we wouldn't have to run the dishwasher for just a few cups... But this was all noted in the description, so it was expected. Overall, thank you for the great trip.

Convenient stay
We had Cindy’s 2 unit penthouse. It could not have been better! The kitchen was great to make simple meals. Plenty of pots and pans but we brought baking pans for the oven because there weren’t any. The location in tower 1 is the closest to the MGM and we got right on the monorail there. Very convenient location and felt very secure. The signature pool was open and heated. Will definitely be renting this unit again!

Overall, we had a good experience. The pull-out sofa bed mattresses weren't particularly comfortable though, could feel the springs. The cards to swipe in and out for access were very temperamental, worked some of the time not others that was a little frustrating, but otherwise our experience was pretty good.

Party of 4. Two adults and two kids. The rooms were spacious and accommodating. Having two connecting rooms was perfect for giving us some space. Kids in one side, parents in another. Great for a bit of privacy. To get to the strip is a bit of a walk but not bad. The mattresses in the couches need to be replaced. Overall it was a great place for what we spent.

Penthouse stay
My husband and I am my two sons and their girlfriends decided to go to Vegas to celebrate mile stone birthdays. We booked this penthouse suite through VRBO and it was much more than we expected. It was perfect for our group. Each couple had their own bathroom with a shower. It was perfect for what we needed! We will certainly rebook with Cindi again!
