The condo was spotless! It was cleaner than some 4 star hotels I’ve stayed in! The owner was courteous and kind and available for any questions I had🙂The view was spectacular! The building and the pool area were very clean and comfortable.

Comfortable stay in beautiful Lake Las Vegas!
Our experience at the Viera exceeded our expectations. The condo is perfectly located in Lake Las Vegas Village with good restaurants and entertainment at the doorstep. The building is well-maintained and pool is lovely. Our condo was spacious with areas to spend time together in the comfortable living room or on the terrace and also provided privacy with bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the apartment. The kitchen was well-stocked and communication with the owner was excellent.

Beautiful condo. Everything you need. Comfy beds, plush towels. Nicely appointed. Even snacks! Don’t hesitate to stay here. Even great live music! Lots of yummy restaurants, too. Well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. Nearby grocery store. Covered parking, as well.

Amazing property and surroundings! Had dinner in the village at sunset. When we found out pool was closed for maintenance Vera went out of her way to find us access to another property to get a "pool day" in! She, and the condo, get five-star recommendations!!

Amazing Place to Stay in Las Vegas
The Condo is outside of Las Vegas and a short drive from the strip. It has good restaurants in close proximity. The condo is well furnished and well maintained. Great for a small family. Easy access to the lake. Vera was a great host. Fast to response to our questions and accommodative.

Very nice, well maintained building. Condo was well furnished; plenty of towels and blankets. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. It was fun being right above the village. Pools and hot tub area were nice and well maintained. Hot tub could have been a bit warmer but still nice. Staff very helpful. Air conditioning worked really well!

Perfect condo for our get away! The owners go over and beyond with amenities!!! Very impressive!
The only glitch we had was check in. We received check in instructions from Evolve claiming the keys were in a lock box. This is incorrect. We finally found an email from the owner with separate instructions. Very confusing but it finally got resolved and we were able to start our vacation!!!
