House doesn’t look as big as it is… Had everything we needed just need a deep cleaning. Air system was dirty and house can use a paint or wash down… Other then that it was great I’ll rent again when I visit Vegas…. Having the pool there was a great touch to the property

We had an amazing time in Vegas. The location is close to shopping, the freeway, and felt safe. The house itself is great, very roomy, and had everything we needed.

It was a good stay
It was on a corner of a 4 way stop so it had road noise. Cosmetically it has some issues, banged up corners and such, nothing serious. We ubered everywhere and it was more like 15-20 minutes away. 3 of 4 bedrooms had TV’s, house was nicely stocked, perfectly clean, great enclosed backyard. I would book again if I were in the area.

Lots of space, cute house.
I found this house to be just right for our families needs. At first glance the neighborhood is not all that great, but it was quiet and peaceful. Quick drive to the LV strip and lots of grocery and restaurant options near by. There are 2 Starbucks super close. The Philly spot that is open 24/7 was highly recommended by some people in our group. The house was very clean, spacious, and cute. Isaac is very responsive. We had a great stay, no complaints.

Issac and Ori were great
The location to the convention Center‘s for work was perfect. We had issues with the DIRECTV service for all TVs but other than that we had a nice stay. Isaac and Ori were very accommodating and easy to reach and went the extra mile to help us. House was nice.

The only issues were you could not get on the internet and the TV’s in the bedroom did work as well. The one time I talked to the host we could not understand each other. Everything else was on point.

Not quite the way it is advertised. House was very clean but lots of oddities. Water spigot in shower is backwards. Lock on back door Is backwards. One shower door is missing. The light switch for the large bedroom is in the living room. Kitchen faucet Is stuck in one position. So there are some quirks but clean.

A little run down but great if you just need a place to sleep.
The location was pretty close to the strip. The property manager was very attentive to our concerns, however there is only 2 stations of TV, not direct TV as stated. The ac was frozen when we arrived and we had to turn it off for awhile for it to defrost while it was 115 outside. The wifi internet was spotty. Each time the property management sis respond in a timely fashion however the TV was never fixed and the internet was only fixed by our own doing. The ac can't keep up with it being cold during the day. However if you just need a place to sleep at night and make breakfast in the morning, it is great. Last comment the hot water is set up wrong so make sure to turn it to cold of you want hot water.

We enjoyed our stay!
Our stay was a full 2 weeks and I want to repeat we enjoyed our stay. It was close to the strip and we had enough room for everyone to sleep. The owner was nice and accommodating when we had to contact him. Is was able it work comfortably from the rental. Our stay was truly great. I stand by my 4 star overall rating for this location. The following is just meant to be a warning not to talk you out of staying here. Ok here's what happened: Early into our syay the neighbor came over boldly knocked on the front door and asked to run a extension cord from his house to the rental. We declined but still it was a weird interaction. The barbecue pit is in need of repair. It is actually very dangerous if you try to use it. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! All the TVs were unplugged when we arrived. Also none of the TVs are smart TVs. So prepare yourself for commercial TV, which we hadn't experienced in years. We had to contact the owner to get the Wi-Fi password. I'd recommend the owner provide a simple notebook that explains how all the things work in the rental. Finally remember I stayed 14 full days and it would have been nice to understand when to take the trash bin's out to the curb for pick up. It would have been nice to have some instructions on how to use the Thermostat, washer / dryer and dishwasher. The oven/stove is not good. Be prepare to eat out a lot more than you wanted because you can't cook at the rental.

Let's start with a dirty pair of women's underwear the kids found in the master bedroom drawer. We had to use clorox wipes to pick them up and dispose of them, then clorox the drawer. Moving on to the stained pillows. A pillowcase slipped down on the pillow and it looked like something that was found in a dumpster! Of course that prompted covers down on the bed. Stains on the comforters that were also worn to shreds, literally torn trash. Not even good enough to donate to good will. Ridiculous! The shower, a double door shower, had one door. When you showered you had to guess where water was splashing out and adjust the 1 door to that location. Mold all along the top of the shower wall. The walls through the entire house were filthy, the streaks of grime were nauseating. The neighborhood was not the worst, but closer to the worst than not! This was a family weekend, my grandson was flown out of state to a children's hospital. We were too late to cancel, so one family stayed home and we substituted them with a friend. How embarrassing! We would have been better off in a motel 6 in the part of town you bar windows! Don't do it! The money we spent and what we slept in... it's nauseating!
