This Private fully furnished house with pool is close to great views, restaurants and dining, Las Vegas Strip is only 10-15 minutes away, 6 minutes from the Henderson Executive Airport and 3 min from the M casino and resort. You’ll love this place because of the neighborhood, the outdoor space, and the location. Families (with kids) and big groups will find this place absolutely perfect. The pool is beautiful year round and the Spa is heated! Also during the Covid-19 we are taking extra cleaning measures as outlined by the CDC and W.H.O. for your safety.

Great location
We were visiting Vegas for my daughter’s wedding and did not want to stay on the strip. The location was perfect . Near tons of restaurants and stores. Outside area with pool and spa was perfect !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is roomy and in a bold location near the strip but in a quiet neighborhood. Our family enjoyed the pool and spa and nearby shopping for anything we needed. Would stay again.

The home was located in a good area, close to lots of things. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Although they were dirty from debris blowing in during the wind. Owners were responsive and good at communicating. Was overly decorated compared to other rentals we have stayed in. Overall we were happy with our stay!

Wonderful Place
From the moment we walked in the house, we knew it was a home that was taken care of and clean. We've been using VRBO's for over 15 years and this place would be one of our top 10 we've stayed in. The owners were great to work with and very helpful. It was nice to have the pool and hot tub. We would stay here again if we return to Vegas.

We really enjoyed our time at the property. We were a group of 6 adults. The home is spacious, and the the location is great - so close to the strip, but so close to conveniences like grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Communication with the host was great; check-in was easy.

Our son was golfing in Primm Valley so this location was perfect for him and easy access to the Strip. We enjoyed the pool and homey feeling of the property. Everything, and more was included in the stay. We will definitely consider this property again if we come back to the Vegas area.

Great home. Lots of space and valued features. We used the hot tub every day but it was just one of many high end features that really added to our comfort level. And then there is so much to see and do in the Vegas area. We really enjoyed it with our adult children.

We absolutely loved this house was everything we expected and the few times we dealt with the owners they were extremely nice!! Only thing that could make it better is to have some wash clothes in the bathrooms and kitchen and a broom ..the neighborhood was very nice and quite neighbors were friendly!!! Would definitely rent again should the need arise!!!!

Omg this house was the most prettiest house I ever seen
The rooms was so big and beautiful the hot tubs was unbelievable it was breath taking...and it smelled so good in the house I was comfortable and it was so relaxing I didn't see anyone come outside it was so quiet. Only thing was all the stores was so far away but we had a car to get around thank God for that but the host Cindy was so nice and caring thank you for letting my friends and I stay there will come back soon.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY
Everything was exactly as listed. Plenty of room througout the property to accommodate 7 adults a 2 youngsters. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all during our stay. Easy contactless enty made checking in and out a breeze. The location was golden as we were bowling in the All Military National Bowling Tournament at South Point. Decor and layout was top notch, will not hesitate for staying on our next visit. Communication from host was over the top compared to previous stays at other places.......highly recommended. OMG! Beautiful
Well, you place looks like the listings in every way. That was very important to me. My family felt so comfortable here. We had a family reunion here and we had gatherings here, very accommodating. We enjoyed everything here except we couldn't get the big tv in the masters bedroom to connect. We thought you should know that plus we chalk it up to operator error because we still from the time where you just turned on the tv. We did not sweat it at all. We loved this visit. We had other family members very impressed with this place. I will tell everyone about how good we had it.

We have booked many VRBO’s and this property is up there with the worst we have stayed in. We had issues from the moment we checked in. We were told the locks would be programmed at 1pm and upon arrival they were not programmed. We made multiple phone calls to the housekeeper/owner. We had to wait in over 100 degree temps for over an hour until they programmed the locks to let us in. Once we got in the house, it smelled so bad of Glade plugs and it gave us an instant headache. Vegas was experiencing a heat wave and the house was so hot. It was 82 degrees upstairs and very miserable to sleep in. We were barely able to be in the house during majority of the rental because of the air freshener smell and how hot the house was. Upon checkout I got an email accusing us of staining their carpet, ruining a chair, and some other things that was simply untrue. The house was very run down when we got there and I feel as if they owner is filing fraudulent claims to upgrade their property. Be aware when booking this house!

Amazing!!!
I cannot express how happy my family and I were with this home. First off, we were greeted for check in by our host, Floyd. I have stayed in quite a few home with Home Away and have never had a host. He was very nice to talk to and it was wonderful to have a tour of the property and instruction on how to work various items in the home. There was also a binder that explained a lot of the features just in case we had any further questions. Floyd offered to help throughout the trip if we had any additional questions. The home was so spacious and inviting and was decorated beautifully. We had a group of eight (four adults and four children) that stayed for four nights and there was plenty of room for everyone with room to spare. We loved all of the common areas in the house and used them to hang out throughout our stay. However, I think we spent the majority of our time outside in the beautiful pool and hot tub. We couldn't pull our kids away to do anything else. As adults, we loved the beautiful lighting in the backyard in the evening. We could have stayed out there all night. The neighborhood where the home is located is very quiet. We barely saw another person the entire time we were there. There were so many places to eat and grocery stores within a couple of miles, that we had to choose which direction to go. This made meals very convenient and easy. The strip was an easy 15 minute drive, which was great for us. We enjoyed this property so much that we asked to stay an extra day. A big thank you to David for being able to accommodate us and our last minute request. David was great to work with and responded very quickly when I had questions. He also checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying at this house again when we return to Las Vegas. Thank you for a great trip!
