Lake Las Vegas Vacation getaway. Twenty minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. Enjoy Lake Access to kayaking, paddle boarding, boating. Season's grocery store is a 5-minute walk from this beautiful condo: restaurants, wine bar, and ice cream for your taste buds. Lake Las Vegas is a Master Planned Resort community located minutes from the Las Vegas strip with a 320-acre lake with over 20 miles of shoreline. Two golf courses; one private Jack Nicklaus course located on South Shore is for Members, and the 18 hole Reflection Bay golf course is located on North Shore and is also a Jack Nicklaus designed course.

In addition to the shopping at Lake Las Vegas, the District in nearby Green Valley is a 10-minute drive from the lake as is The Galleria Mall. Of course, gaming is available at the Fiesta, Sunset Station and Green Valley Ranch Casino. All three casinos are within 14 minutes of the Lake. Movie theaters with luxury reclining seats are available at Sunset Station.

For the nature lover and hike, you will find several Rails to Trails walks nearby. Spectacular views of Lake Mead on the Historic Railroad Hiking trail takes you through several tunnels along Lake Mead all the way to Hoover Dam. The spectacular Red Rocks are 35 minutes away and provide over 21 Hiking trails in the Red Rock Canyon National Conservatory. Waterfalls, unique plant life, and desert critters provide interesting and beautiful sites along the trails.

For the skier and snowboarder, Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort are located at Mount Charleston an hour from Lake Las Vegas.

Beautiful property!
Our unit was amazing! We stayed here for a wedding and had an amazing time! The complex was beyond our expectations. We had an issue with the AC when we got there but the host walked us through a a fix and all was good. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

It’s a very nice location, if you want to stay away from city and a peaceful place, then that your place. Location is amazing. I went with my kids so was looking for something closer to nature. Kids enjoyed pool, Hoover dam and boulder beach

Near the desert
This place was as advertised. It was lovely to walk along Lake Los Vegas and there were good restaurants nearby. Its location made visiting Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon West straightforward. Access to Las Vegas was easy but depended on traffic.

Just what we hoped for!
We loved the condo at Lake Las Vegas! It was spotless. Just perfect for our family of 4. We came to Vegas to attend a wedding in Boulder City and to spend time with family in Henderson. None of the craziness of the strip. We felt safe and secure in the condo. We enjoyed walking, shopping, and eating in the village.

Lake Las Vegas
We stayed here for four days with our 15yo and 20 yo children. We wanted to switch to a bigger quieter space after staying on the strip for a few days and this property was exactly that. The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The area is very quiet and beautiful while still being close enough to stores and restaurants we needed. We enjoyed the few restaurants and gelato located on the property! We used this condo as a hub for day trips for hiking mainly but did spend time walking around the area and used the pool and hot tub. Raymond provided us with detailed check in information and pictures which made our arrival and entrance to the condo easy!

Great place to stay...
We were in Vegas for 5 nights and wanted the ability to get away from the craziness of the strip. We hit a home run with this condo. It's less than 30 minutes from everything Vegas has to offer, but it feels like you're in a different world. Just a 2 minute walk to Lake Las Vegas and with a bunch of cool shops and restaurants right outside the door, it's a great place to enjoy your Vegas vacation. Clean with an easy check in process and all the amenities you want and need. Thanks for making our time in Vegas memorable.

Loved this property
We really enjoyed staying at this property. Communication was great and any questions I had were answered quickly. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the area was quite quiet and relaxing. The village was fun, shops, farmers market and restaurants were amazing. The entertainment on the weekend was a nice surprise. The weather was perfect and we spent most afternoons by the pool. We would love to stay here again!
