This hotel is nice and close to the hoover dam. There were big horn sheep walking on the hills just outside. It would be nice if they offered a complimentary breakfast. There are items for purchase at the general store in the hotel.

We splurged for a lake view room and that was worth it for the view. Did not eat here as it was recommended to us to leave the property and eat in Boulder City. The general store was great! We stayed here as a stop between Vegas and Joshua tree due to flight timing, and got to tour the Hoover Dam, which was cool!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were sparse, simple, and relatively clean. Casino smoke permeated the building but was more tolerable on higher floors. Cafe is OK for baked goods and drinks but the hot food is to be avoided.
