I don't want to write a negative review as much as possible because, I want to help businesses, and Holiday Inn is excellent brand its one of my favorite hotel. I was shocked that I experience horrible treatment in this Nellis, Las Vegas Branch. I arrived Dec 12, 2024, 5Pm, our group came from SF to attend Strat Planning, The hotel reception staff said that Expedia overbooked them and they have no room for us (we reserved 3 rooms for six people since Nov 1, 2024). We waited for 4 hours, the staff wants us to contact Expedia for a refund, another option is to transfer us to another hotel, until another staff came in to help and give us a rooms its already 9Pm. In spite of the hardship, still I remain calm and patient. When I'm in the room, I reported to the counter that the water in the bath tub of our room keeps on running, we are concerned with the water conservation, but no response, We request for room cleaning because we stay there 4 days and 3 nights, I received a note that they don't clean the rooms unless you stay there for 7 days. Anyway we just stay there night time to sleep. The positive side is the breakfast is good, its hot and fresh. I think the property needs complete renovation. Thank you
