When we checked in that night, the evening staff (night auditor) was VERY RUDE and ARROGANT unlike other Hampton staff. Brian the driver was very pleasabt and accomomdating.

Staying for a next day flight out as this place is very convenient for the airport. Our room is very comfortable and well designed. I am surprised at how many high end hotels lack adequate charging stations for devices, coffee machines, water and even plastic glasses. This Hampton Inn takes care of all these things and is stress free.

I was told the shuttle to the airport was every 30 minutes. I needed a 3 am shuttle, was scheduled for 2:30 am. They said I “missed” my ride and had to wait for an hour for the next one. They don’t run every 30 minutes. I had to risk missing my flight for his “break”. No customer service. They didn’t care. Horrible night staff.

The place literally stinks. The staff knows it will admit it, yet won’t do anything about it. All my efforts to get some kind of refund have been denied. It was outrageous.

The young lady that checked us in was very thorough checking us in, making sure we had clear instructions for facilities, shuttle service to and from car rental / airport and also recommended the Village Pub within walking distance which was incredible!
