We chose this home in one of the nicest areas of Las Vegas, close to everything! We keep the home in remarkable condition and provide the best guest services.

A PERFECT LOCATION!
.... Residing in the North Green Valley area of Las Vegas, this home is very close to many fine restaurants, great shopping, exciting attractions, and casino entertainment. It is close enough to the Las Vegas Strip to enjoy exciting 24 hour entertainment, and far enough away to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and sunny backyard with private pool.

WONDERFUL ACCOMMODATIONS!
.... Every room of this home has been professionally decorated. Relax in leather furniture while you watch movies. The first floor has a bedroom with queen sized bed and attached full bath. A newly updated kitchen allows you to create your beverages, snacks, or even prepare gourmet meals if you would like. The second floor features a spacious Master Suite and the 2 additional bedrooms can be set up with either a king size bed or (2) twin beds in each. All Bedrooms have TV's and new memory foam mattresses!

.... With the tropical sun shining down, cool off with a swim in the large private pool and spa, or relax in one of the many loungers while gazing at the towering palm trees. A covered patio will provide you some relief from the sun if needed, and a barbecue grill enables you to spend the evening with friends enjoying one of your perfectly cooked meats.

Great Experience!!
We had an amazing time staying in this house!! The greeting by Sharon started us off in a great mood for our vacation. Her warm hospitality while showing us the house was a pleasant surprise! She made sure that we knew where everything was and how everything worked on the property. We cannot recommend this property enough!! Great mini family reunion
We totally enjoyed our stay every moment. The pool and spa and patio is mostly where we hung out. We had 3 generations and was perfect for all.

Great Family Getaway

Great property close to the Strip and other activities.
The property is well maintained and works great for two couples looking for a break from the norm on the Strip. This is the first property someone actually cared enough to come and meet us and show us around. That was a huge plus!

Great house and location for family spring break
This property met all the expectations I had. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a wonderful trip. It is centrally located to all the activities we had planned for the trip. Great restaurants in area. We stayed there in April and so the heated pool was a plus for the kids. We had a great week and hope to be able to get back next year.

Quiet neighborhood, great for our family
The house was perfect for our family. We were able to spread out and the teenagers all had separate beds. The neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed the pool/spa in the back. The property manager Sharon is great.

Oasis in Vegas
We had a fantastic stay at the beautiful home in Henderson. It was great proximity to activities, shopping and restaurants. The home was very comfortable for the 8 of us with comfortable beds and living space. The private pool was a must in the Las Vegas heat, with plenty of seating and pool floaties. Highly recommend.

Beautiful
House & property are beautiful and well kept. The outdoors is an absolute oasis. The owner & house manager are wonderful to work with and very informative. Our family stayed a week and could not have been more happy with our time. The house is close enough to the strip & airport so commuting was a breeze. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Vegas Sphere
The well-kept house is located in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood close to the airport and The Strip. We were in Las Vegas to attend a 3-night concert at The Sphere. This house allowed us to get away from the casino resorts and crowds and relax in the pool/hot tub. We enjoyed the space and fully equipped kitchen. Sharon met us at the house to show us everything and answer all our questions. We will stay here again when back in Las Vegas!

Grand Canyon / Las Vegas Trip
Excellent owner & manager; I'd definitely repeat business with them. The home is well maintained and very comfortable, in a quiet area, but also a quick and easy drive to the Las Vegas strip. We also visited the Hoover Dam and took a kayak excursion on the Colorado river. There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and department stores close to the property. We had a wonderful stay.

Sharon and Frank were great during the entire process. The house is beautifully furnished and Sharon goes the extra step to make sure everything is there that you could possibly need. We gathered for a small family reunion...and we had such a great time, we plan to do it every year.

First-time Vegas Getaway
It was 116 degree weather the week we were there and by far the neighborhood, the house, the pool, and the spa were all amazing to have. The heat didn't bother us from having a great time here. Frank and Sharon were very helpful and knowledgeable. Sharon was a treat. We loved the location and it's proximity to the strip as well as any other necessities. We will definitely be coming back!
