REFUND MY STAY
Was looking for a quick last minute stay for 2 nights as my group is traveling to Utah. The pictures on Vrbo advertised a clean pool. I texted the host for approval as asked by the initial message in the app. I also asked for an early check in and received approval. Upon checking in the housekeeper let us in and did a walk through with us. And started to let us know that the pool cleaner has not been coming and when I looked at the pool it was disgustingly green and hadn’t been cleaned in probably 2 months, maybe even more. The house keeper left and then with further inspection, the refrigerator was not cleared out. There was left over food that had been in there for probably over a week. There was trash left over from a previous stay outside. This is not acceptable and is not what I paid for. Shortly after really going through the house a second time, we decided to grab our items and leave. We were extremely uncomfortable and decided to leave and find other accommodations. I sent messages to the property manager and the response was not helpful. I will be contacting the host as well. I have photos and screenshots of my messages with her and what we saw when arriving to the home.

Its a hustle for More money, call before booking!
Property owner and manager tried to charge me an extra 371.00 for the full use of the home that was listed as a three/Four bedroom. They tried to stuff us in two rooms and thought it was okay! Door knobs off bedroom doors. Called and asked to zip tie the other doors closed so we couldn’t use the room’s we paid for. I can understand if we was in a hotel, but we rented the home for the weekend.
