Great spot!
Stayed for New Years. Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood in north Vegas. Only took about 20 mins to get to the strip and 35 mins to Lake Mead. Backyard was very peaceful and private. Would recommend for anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the strip on their stay.

Close enough to the strip but far enough to get away. Great home, comfy bed, nice outdoor area for the dogs. 30 min to the strip. Will stay here again!

Quiet and very comfortable
Great views of the local mountains, caught glimpses of the Air Force Thunderbirds practicing formation flying in the backyard. Well suited for our needs, comfortable inside and out. Pool was great. It had a on-demand fire place that lite with the flick of a switch which made for cozy evenings. Nice fenced backyard for our dogs.It was a quiet and very nice neighborhood. Look forward to going back

Breath of fresh air
It was wonderful to come home after a crazyDay or night in Vegas. Very quite and relaxing. So nice to be able to bring our furry memember of our family with us. Too cold to use the pool but would love to stay here again in the hot weather. Bed was great. Thanks for your hospitality

This property is in north Las Vegas on a quiet street. The house is large and accommodating. Close to the entrance of Lake Mead National Recreation Area and downtown Vegas. We recommend this property for anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation in Vegas.

The house was super clean and pretty from in the inside and outside plus it's a quiet neighborhood and Walmart it's only 4 minutes away from the house I recommend this place 100% for any vacation you have in mind in Vegas. The house just perfect for me and my family.

Our stay in Las Vegas was just a few days and this house was great and had everything we needed. It was in the 100's all 3 days we were there so the pool was a great way to end the day. Thank you for everything.

Perfect family retreat
This is a lovely house. Comes with all of the necessities and the host is very responsive. We were so comfortable and enjoyed ourselves so much we stayed an extra night.

The house was spacious enough for a group, either a family or three adult couples. The pool was clean and relaxing. The ice machine on the counter was nice for making drinks. It had almost every appliance you could need.

The house was beautiful inside and out. Lots of space, very clean. It had all we needed with good cookwear. The back porch was amazing and the pool was like icing on our cake. I would love to go back and take some family.

This home is situated in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and the kitchen had a full array of appliances and gadgets. The home itself is sparsely decorated but has everything you will need for a stay. When we first arrived I had a problem with the lighting in the two smaller bedrooms. I contacted the owner and his son was at our property within 30 minutes to correct the situation. His son was kind and very professional and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction before he left the premises. The home was convenient to the raceway which we were in Las Vegas for. The backyard is an oasis with a clean sparkling pool and sago palms and palm trees. There is a covered patio and up-lighting for sitting outside after dark. The beds were comfortable, with extra towels and bedding in the hall cupboard. The home is also suitable for a wheelchair. While the doors are not widened the living room, kitchen and dining room had plenty of space to accommodate our son’s chair. There is a step up about 5 inches to get into the house. Overall this was positive experience and our host and his son were both wonderful.

The best place to stay in Vegas
This home is beautiful inside and out with a beautiful view of the mountains an extremely clean home my host Gabriel is a amazing host “the best” so accommodating I will definitely chose this home to vacation in every time I visit Vegas the pool was even nice the patio area is so cool for a chill vibe with u and your love ones and it’s like a 20/25min drive from everything Which was so perfect me and my family enjoyed this beautiful home 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend Thank u so much Mr Gabriel

Check in was great. The house was beautiful loved the backyard. My whole family loved the pool. I was a wonderful, relaxing stay I had in a long time. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The manager was great at communicating with us and he always responded quickly as well. Wonderful experience.

Girls Trip
House was a perfect fit for us-two friends with our daughters for a wedding. We did not want to stay on the strip. Location worked well for airport, strip, Hoover dam and Valley of Fire. Home was extremely spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Had access to park car in garage which was a bonus with the heat! Private backyard with pool, we even grilled out one night. Kitchen had everything we needed including toaster, air fryer, etc. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Communication with host was 10/10! Would definitely stay again!!!!

Great Home, Neighborhood, and Pool!
We were visiting friends in this area of town and fell in love with the house and neighborhood! If we ever move back to LV, this is where we would look at a home. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was quiet. The pool was well taken care of and so clean. It was a great place to stay and bigger than we expected. The host was responsive and kind. We would absolutely come back!

Such an amazing experience with the family.. the house was immaculate.. clean and tidi and a bonus a pool. We were super pleased with all the amenities the house provided. We had no issues. The pool was the best part to keep the kids busy they had a blast splashing around for hours. Great neighborhood. Nice and quiet. We all felt safe.Thank you for welcoming us to your home. Nice house with the basics, but about 30 minutes from the strip.
Overall the property was fine. It was fairly bare bones when it came to amenities...no floor mats in the bathrooms which are slippery tile, no lamps in half the rooms, minimal kitchen tools, etc. Having said that, the place served its purpose. The pool was very very cold, which was alright since it was so warm, but it made it hard to stay in for long periods of time. Te backyard area is very nice, and the little fridge out there was a nice touch. Only 3 or 4 of use were there so it met the needs we had. It is very far from the strip, so if that is something you want to do often, this location isn't for you...about $30-$35 each direction. I wouldn't stay here again because of the distance to...everything, but it was clean and safe and that was good enough for us.

It was a very nice house w so much space. Everything works as it supposed. No bugs in the house. No weird smells, bathrooms were clean. Hot and cold water all day, laundry room in service. Kitchen had everything to cook, backyard was the right size and very beatiful. Grill work, pool was clean. Kids love it! The house is a bit away from downtown Vegas and the hotels. (Not too far but traffic makes it hard) not a bad thing if you looking for privacy. The neighborhood felt very secure. Gabriel answer the phone right away and I was able to talk to him when I needed to. I wish we stayed longer. I do recommend this place.

Serene Oasis
The house, in the middle of a quiet neighborhood, was perfect for us. We were looking for somewhere to get away, unwind and RELAX after a couple of really hard months. When we walked into the house, upon arrival, we were greeted with a fresh, pleasant scent, not covering anything up, just really clean. The floor plan of the house made it feel so spacious and being able to see directly to the beautiful backyard, just drew us in. We literally left our luggage in the car just to walk out to see the beautiful backyard. The landscaping is so thoughtful. The view from the secluded patio is just lovely and the pool was crystal clear. The Main Suite was airy and spacious. The mattress on the bed was comfortable. The property manager responded right away when I told him that we had something delivered to the house, that we needed, and that instead of delivering to the front door, as requested, our delivery was left in the mailbox. The LOCKED mailbox. I told him i would gladly pay shipping if they could forward it to me and his immediate response was, of COURSE! It is so refreshing to have this kind of experience, I'm so thankful we booked this location and would recommend to anyone. OH! I forgot! I had originally booked that we were bringing our 2 small dogs, but on our arrival date, when we received the booking email it didn't mention we had pets. I emailed to ask if it would be OK and the immediate response was once again, of course. The best! When we walked
