Fun in Vegas
Our stay was great as far as location to everything. The property is a little older, but clean. I was disappointed that it advertised 2 kings and one room had 2 queens. Also, there is no hot tub. I loved that the appliances were clean and fairly new. The kitchen had a lot of dishes and utensils, but needed a large skillet. Our dogs had a great time in the back yard. We stayed outsdie with them enjoying the covered patio.

We love this place
We stayed here in October 2023 as well. It as very comfortable for us both times. We were thankful they allowed us to come back and stay again. Our dogs knew the home so it made it that much easier. It's comfortable because it's not immaculate and brand new. You feel like you can actually live in the home, not like you are a guest in someone's place. We have stayed in some places where we were afraid to touch anything and were thankful we didn't have our pups with us. This is not that place. We would totally recommend it to family and friends visiting Vegas as a nice alternative to the huge hotels.

Check in, any time after 3:pm. We arrived at 4:pm they were still cleaning. Supposed to be two bedrooms, both with king beds. Not the case. 1 bedroom had two full beds. 3 T.V's only 1 worked in the living room. The description of property said there was a hot tub. There was no hot tub. One hallway had beds stored in it. Cluttered. Holes in walls, carpet, flooring, counter tops. Electrical outlets not working. Owner said the garage was a common area as described in listing. It is not described in listing. I feel the property was misrepresented in listing. Essentially the property is a duplex. With nieghbors right next door.

Nice Home with a relaxed feel
We stayed at the property when we had to move out of our RV so it could be worked on. The home was comfortable. It was nice to have a patio out back as well. Our dogs loved it. The owners allowed us to bring our 14y/o golden as well which was really nice. Finding a home to rent in Vegas with a large dog is extremely difficult despite the fact that she's old and extremely friendly. She loved being able to lay on the carpet with her head on the tile in the kitchen. The lady who was next door (there are two rentals on the property that are attached) was very nice. Her dog looked like one we used to have so our dogs were very interested in it. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The beds were soft as well. We used the room with two beds since I wake up early and my husband doesn't. This allowed me to take the dogs out back while he slept. The bedroom with the larger bed is in the room with the backyard access. We only used one bathroom so I can't comment on the one to the far end of the house (we used the one by the kitchen and garage). It was clean and had great water pressure. The kitchen had just about everything we needed and what it didn't have, we had with us since we literally had to move everything off the RV. Overall we would totally stay here again if we needed to move out of our RV for repairs.

The BEST hosts!
We enjoyed our 16-day stay, Bell and Victor are exceptionally kind and accommodating, accepting my 3 dogs, and allowing a same-day check-in. We loved the ENORMOUS yard where we watched rabbits and guinea pigs running around! The house is spacious and has everything you need to make yourself at home. I highly recommend the hosts and their property. Excellent!

Old and broken down
The first morning I ended up in the emergency room with acute asthma allergies due to all of the dog dander present in the house. The ER doctor said it was a "toxic environment " and not to go back there which was impossible because of all of the money we spent on it. There is existing water damage in the bathrooms and it is waiting to burst. The water faucets are loose and coming offin the kitchen and backwards in the shower, so you dont get a warm shower unless you figure it out. It was infested with mosquitoes and flies and bugs, maybe due to the fact that the old dog poop in the yard hasn't been removed. It may have been tolerable if the hadn't charged me 661.00 for less than 2 days after I had cleared with the owners a late check out by email, and was called this morning while in the middle of our plans that someone else was coming and they forgot about the check out. This was pur first VRBO and not good, very disappointing. If the price matched the accommodations then it would have been tolerable. We deserve a partial refund. We had to buy bedding just to be able to sleep there. Another thing not mentioned is that there is another attached unit with people staying there. This price should be much lower for what your getting. Gross is the word of choice.
