Very disappointing
My wife and I came for work. The view from the unit was the best part about it. The mattress was terrible. We cook a lot, so the next complaint was especially tough. The pots and pans in the kitchen were limited to 2 usable (although beat up, and the non stick coating was coming off). The flatware was the cheapest I've ever seen - was afraid to eat with them. We used plasticware when we could. There were no paper towels, napkins, or even salt and pepper (come on, please, at least make a minimal effort here). Plates and glasses were OK, but only 3 bowls. The worst kitchen knife I've encountered. We got the feeling that this resort is for hardcore partiers, so maybe wasn't the best choice for us. We won't stay here again. On the plus side, the manager was friendly, easy to reach via email, responded quickly, and sounded ready to assist if we'd had check in problems (which we didn't). Other than that - the place was not very clean. We found dust, and long hair everywhere. The shower was nice, but one of the showerheads blows water all over the place. We don't have a problem with marijuana, but you could smell it all around the property - I wouldn't call it family friendly. There was a constant police presence (which I'm OK with also, but it tells me something). The valet's told us that police are needed there regularly, and so they frequently come through to check on things. There were constant problems with the elevators.

Great Location, Views we’re amazing as promised, the unit was pretty nice, I’d touch a few things but I’m OCD and none of those things would stop me from staying here again, and the balconies not being accessible was heartbreaking 😩, over all a great stay ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a great property in need of a little uplift. The first impression was great. A spacious one bedroom with views of the city and the mountains. The pool was peaceful and relaxing and we enjoyed a few very memorable restaurants. The front desk staff of Palms Place were friendly and helpful. On the negative the kitchen was poorly equipped, though the appliances were more than sufficient. We had to go looking for utensils and the dishwasher just didn’t clean the few dishes provided. The washing machine needed repairs but Ben was very responsive and it was fixed before we departed so we were able to bring home clean clothes. When we asked for detergent we were given dishwasher detergent but we were able to buy some nearby. All in all we gave this five stars mostly based on Ben’s communications and responsiveness and the quality of the resort itself.

Great Facility
The room and the building are great! The location is great if you can navigate the bus transit system. Its also a cheap uber to the Strip. The room was terrific! Very clean and lots of amenities.

The room was very comfortable and beautiful! It was the perfect stay for 4 nights for my husband and myself. The balcony doors were locked due to "safety reasons" as we were told from the front desk but the view is still breathtaking. The only negative thing that I have to include is that when we arrived from the airport to take a shower, one of the shower heads fell off once the shower was turned on and the knob to turn the shower on fell off as well. Also, the jets in the soaking tub do not work so after a long day of walking the strip, I was a little disappointed that I could not get a real soaking experience. Other than minor cosmetic updates, and the tub and shower knobs; we would 95% book again.

Beautiful views but sleeziness surrounds
The experience at this room and hotel was a mostly disappointing experience. I hope these details help others so they may be more aware than what was posted or described in the owners description. For the positives of the room, the views are amazing and the fireplace is a nice addition, the room is very spacious. However the balcony is NOT accessible (more on this later) and this is not described by the owner in the ad, the TV was also broken and never fixed despite multiple requests (no attempt at offering a credit due to balcony not accessible or TV broken was offered). The hotel customers who you will be surrounded by are the bigger problem. The hotel has security and they seem to be constantly vigilant in trying to prevent problems. As you walk up to the hotel (especially weekends), you'll notice a lot of yelling, pot smoking and open liquor bottles by many guests. If you are a woman, you're looked at by those standing out front and it is a very uncomfortable experience. As for the balconies that you CANNOT access, it is because previous customers in the upper floors lit the trees on fire below, this is the type of customer you will be staying near as a customer. The room can be very nice if the TV is fixed but the hotel itself has so many problems with the quality of other customers that I would not recommend staying here.

The staff at the property were very rude, threatening toward my husband. We’ve had parties there previously we were not aware we were allowed to have a party. The manager was unnecessarily rude. When he just had to tell us. We moved the party 5 mins away. No big deal. But the security manager made this stay very unpleasant. Making sure we will never book here or have anyone book again here.

Nice condo a long walk or a short Uber from the strip. The sterile modern feel and spaceship lighting was initially a little much but the quirkiness of the island fireplace, the bathroom television, and grand spaces ( and two bathrooms) quickly endeared me. The Palms Casino was closed due to COVID but the Gold Coast Casino across Flamingo was surprisingly fun and we ended up up on video poker and plan to return for the bowling on our next visit.

My Experience
Well the only issues i had was with the check in. The room I was suppose to get the guest left late and I had to wait a hour to get assigned another room. But other than that my experience was great. Room was nice and big and set the mood for my birthday trip.
