Great Stay with a Great Host!
We enjoy our stay at Maria’s property! We were a short Uber ride to Fremont and the Strip. Maria was a fantastic host and even had us beverages ready when we arrived!

It was perfect for us!
We took our family of 8 to Las Vegas for a concert at the Allegiant Stadium. This home was perfect. It was clean and nice and a convenient location. The private pool was a nice bonus and our kids loved it. We would stay again for sure.

Great Stay
I brought my teenagers for a festival. The house was cozy and comfortable. The location is central to many food spots as well. Maria, the owner is super attentive and responsive to any issues. I will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and convenient
Property is exactly as advertised, very clean and functional. It was convenient for the strip and downtown. I wish they had lounge chairs and maybe a bit more shade but other than that it was great.

Excelente place to stay with the family. My kids loved the pool. Everything was cleaned and organized. The owner will respond to my messages right away. We would Definitely come back to this house.

Very clean and comfort home. Communication with Maria was excellent. We were able to check in early and check out late which was really nice! Nice that she had beer in the fridge for us. This home is close to the strip- about an $11 Uber ride. Nice hiking close by. We enjoyed our stay.

Centrally located
Our host was fabulous! Extremely welcoming and accommodating. Home is clean and spacious with all the amenities needed for a stay. My spouse, adult children & their spouses were comfortable and relaxed in this rental. A bit of a busy area which has pluses & minuses. Road noise can get loud depending on traffic but nothing to disrupt our trip and you are at the center of everything! A short commute to every attraction or venue.

We were very happy with our stay… The place was very clean… I did not have any laundry soap she came by and let us use some of hers… Everything else was provided for… Plenty of linens, plenty of bedding, and plenty of towels…

House Review
Wow. What an amazing host she is. The house I just as listed. Let us check in early, we needed something and she would right away help us. Gave us a warm house gift! I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone who is going. You will not regret it!

Loved staying here. It’s only 3 miles for the strip so with an Uber is 15$ so it was great location! Owner was great with communication ! Would Recommend to anyone staying in Vegas with a group of people !
