This is an outstanding awesome place to stay. The place was clean and easy to access. The location was perfect being not to far from the strip. If you are looking for a place to stay pick this place and i promise you will be happy and satisfied. When i return to Las Vegas this place will be my first choice.

The condo was perfect to stay in. Never felt unsafe. Had a few issues when I arrived. The host was quick to respond and fixed the problems. Would highly recommend staying here.

A quiet, comfortable spot!
This is a good place to stay with family. Plenty of beds and well stocked in the kitchen. The pool wasn’t operational when we stayed but they were in the process of filling it.

Awesome location.
amazing location. 10 to 15 minutes drive to the Strip and Walmart and restaurants. Just an awesome location if you want to be off the strip, But it is close enough if you want to walk it. for me It's about an 1 hour and 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place to other people.

Amazing location!
This location was absolutely perfect for what we came to Vegas for! It's minutes from the strip and there are plenty of good food spots minutes from the place. The condo itself was beautiful! It had everything we needed and then some. The host is amazing and attentive which is appreciated! We will most definitely come back!

Amazing vacation
Me, my husband, and two friends stayed here for 12 days while we were in vegas. It was sich a lovely and cute place to stay! I really loved the fact that it has two balconies and a big bathtub. Plus you cant beat a washer and dryer when you're somewhere that long! Gege was very kind and flexible with us, also so helpful for anything i needed. If we ever come back I'll def stay h we re again!

My husband and I took my mother and autie who are both 70 years old to this beautiful condo which they loved so much the owner was very helpful even though she wasn't feeling well she made sure that we had everything we needed thanks again for a wonderful week at your home and we will be back soon ❤️

Extended weekend
Just spent an extended weekend here with my husband and another couple. It is on the 2nd floor and is a 2 bdrm 2 bath apartment/condo in an older facility. The interior has been redone and is very nice. All of the furnishings and bedding are new. Owner was very responsive. One bathroom has a shower and the other bathroom has a large garden tub. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

Place not clean, no bath towels.
Once we got to the house no where was it listed where we park. It said undercover parking but there were many numbered spots. Finally got that sorted. Inside was pretty dirty. The sink was dirty, hair still in the shower, crumbs and nuts on countertop and coffee table,kitchen drains still had food stuck in them, floors not swept, no bath towels, 4 dirty ones in wash machine that wasn't run, coffee pot was dirty. There was no blender when it was stated there was one. Pretty disappointed.

No Notice Cancellation by Owner
Planned and paid to stay here to find out the owner cancelled the reservation while we were in front of the property. The VRBO app didn't say anything and the owner just told us to contact support. VRBO support didn't know about the cancellation either and are investigating now.

Nice property not too far from the strip
Very nice property. Very clean. I had a little bit of communication difficulties at first with the property owner (I didn’t have instructions on how to actually access the property until after i landed in Vegas) but we figured it out. She met me there, gave me a tour, and she was very kind. She even drove me to the store so that I could get some food for my arrival and since I had no car. My friend, who was supposed to come with me, had an accident prior to the trip, so I stayed there on my own. I felt safe, comfortable, had easy access to Ubers and had a lovely trip. I would recommend this property!

Cozy & Convenient
The location is prime. Your not on the strip but it's a 5 min drive, same as to the airport. Very quiet neighborhood and tons of stores and restaurants within walking distance if necessary (the heat is the only downside to the walk lol). We came for a festival but stayed for the week. The property is great. I loved that it has a patio off the kitchen and also a private patio off of the master bedroom. Upon arrival the host made sure to check in and see if there were any needs. They also accommodated me for a late checkout due to a late flight (thank you again). This will sound silly to some but my highlight of the property was the shower..... So clean, so beautiful, and the water pressure was amazing !

It is like staying at your weird cousins house
The host was accommodating and quick to respond. Very nice person. The location in regards to distance was great but the neighborhood felt like you had to keep an eye on your back. My biggest issue was all the glass and trinkets. Like the dining table was not connected so when you lightly leaned on the table it lifted. I believe the place could be better if they got rid of all the "decorations". Too many weird lamps, and broken vases and fake flowers. Felt like I was staying at my crazy Aunt's house. They need to upgrade the pots and pans, they were gross and the silverware. Basically they could level up the things indoors. I think if the host did this it would be great. Also, state that the place is up stairs because that created a problem for one of our guests. I was grateful for the place, but it was kmart version of rentals based on my standards.

Unit was as advertised and had all of the little things to make it a home away from home. Great location near everything but far enough away to allow for rest and decompression. Owner very responsive, jovial, informative, and pleasant. 7 out of 5!

Great and always timely communication with Gehan. All wishes were fulfilled. The apartment is well equipped, clean and pleasantly furnished. Location is very good, quiet but with quick access to the Strip and other attractions. We were completely satisfied.

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis
Die Wohnung ist nah am Strip. Mit Uber kommt man für 12$-18$ zum Strip. Einen eigenen Parkplatz haben wir auch benutzt. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten gibt es natürlich schon, z.B. war der Pool nicht richtig gesäubert, da es aber aufgrund eines kurzen Kälteeinbruchs zu kalt war konnten wir den Pool ohnehin nicht verwenden. Stattdessen hat meine Frau mal die Badewanne ausprobiert, aber leider reichte das Wasser aus dem Warmwasserspeicher nur für eine halbvolle Wanne, dann musste man erstmal wieder warten. Die Platte vom Esstisch könnte mal fixiert werden. Oder eine wackelige Kommode und ein defekter Rolladen die den ansonsten guten Eindruck trüben. Klimaanlage und Heizung haben funktioniert und auch sonst alles wichtige. Ich hatte auch nicht das Gefühl das es eine unsichere Gegend sein könnte. Nachts war es leise und auch keine Flugzeuge vom Flughafen zu hören. Die Betten waren frisch gemacht, bequem und hatten auch einen angenehmen Geruch so das wir gut geschlafen haben. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat auch immer schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
