Poor communication not what was in the listing
1st off I messaged Lucy about an early check in and after her initial question on what time worked she never replied to my message, txt, or phone calls. Upon arrival we found 1 bedroom unusable due to a missing window, the garage door open and construction going on in the back part of the property, loud neighbors who left very little space for us to park and at one time had parked in the driveway while we were gone leaving no where for us to park. There is no Hot-Tub or spa tub like the listing posted, it looks like they are changing the layout because there is no back porch or sunroom area as pictured. No wash clothes, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap. Towels were left in the dryer and the bathroom rugs were still wet. Also I went outside to find the neighbor kids shooting their BB gun right towards my car and the construction worker working right outside one of our bedroom windows. I messaged and tried calling Lucy who once again did not respond so I messaged through the app and did get a response about the parking situation and she said she’d talk to the neighbors about not parking in the driveway as well as the kids shooting towards our cars. Overall I do not feel like we received the listing that was advertised and the response from Lucy was not at all the response that I have received from the previous rentals I have stayed in.
